I am Building a Water / Storm Corrupter, if anyone has any suggestions on builds, and advice on the power combo that would be really helpful to point me in the right direction. thank you ahead of time.

I have a storm/water defender that runs a proc-heavy build that’s pretty fun and a bit of a beast. 

I’m away from my machine to dig up the build but there should be a similar one in the defender forums in one of the old Proc Monster threads.

Fun fact - decimation chance of build up in Thunderstorm should proc basically every time you summon it, giving you 5 secs of build-up to blast/nuke afterwards.

 

I attached my water blaster build for some thoughts on procs in water attacks.

My planned water/storm character's build. She's currently at level 43, but I've played a fire/storm and ice/storm to 50 with very similar builds. Perma-hasten, softcap S/L/E defenses. With agility alpha, ranged defense is capped too, but if you prefer a different alpha, you could make that trade-off. I 100% will be taking ageless for the recovery boost once incarnates hit because of how fast she'll be spamming powers.

Is fire/dark strongher than water/storm? Which corr pairings would you guys recommend for high dmg/debuffs?

I am also starting my own Water/Storm Corruptor during the Anniversary event.  I found some helpful builds and decided to modify my own.

Now that Afterburner is part of Fly there is now an open power slot available.  Also I don't see the need for 6 slotting Tidal Forces, so I dropped that down to 2 slots and added Steam Spray with 5 slots.  Also added a KB to KD into Gale for added CC without blowing everything away.
