We just do not see the old sewer runs like on live anymore.

There's nothing you get from taking a group of lowbies into the sewers to face mobs they're not quite ready to handle that you don't get from running a DFB, and the rewards are better.

Well... technically, there are exploration badges you can get in a sewer run which you cannot get in the DFB.  😛  

 

...but yes, still far better to to run a DFB a couple times and THEN meander lazily and easily through the sewers to get those badges.  😄
