Is there a good movie or tv version of the TMNT?

I'm not talking an okay version that is watchable.

 

Out of all of the different shows there are good versions of The Avengers, Batman, Superman, Justice League, etc.

 

Did any of the versions of TMNT actually turn out to be good?

Try Batman vs TMNT, I remember it being decent but i've slept since then.

I'm assuming that, like me, you're a fan of the original comics. If so, then no there's never been a movie or TV show that recaptured that experience. The animated show was more popular and everything afterwards has aped it.

the first movie was the least objectionable for those who read the original comic run.  But yeah best thing is just read that series

I found "Turtles Forever" be be an entertaining movie - it incorporated the 80s, 90s and OG turtles into 1 story arc.
