I'm assuming they'd probably have either Leaping or Speed for travel, as Flight doesn't seem conducive. Seismic Pressure doesn't work while airborne; no shockwaves or boosted powers. Stalagmite also requires being grounded A few Earth Manipulation powers also want you earthbound, Fracture requires it and I wouldn't be surprised if Mud Bath and Tremor also require being close to the ground. Currently playing on Indomitable as @Zork Nemesis; was a Protector native on live.

While true there are only 3 powers you can not use while flying. Upthrust and Stalagmites and Fracture. The question i ask is why are you flying anyway ? when the sets higher damage is melee range (Heavy Mallet/Seismic Smash). I have fly but i never use it in missions etc. I have never felt the need to and my toon is 50. 1

Onlyasandwich Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 I made one a few weeks back - reference in this thread: I went ahead and updated the OP with my final version. It's a super fun combo! My build goes for ranged softcap and good resists. Bonfire is your friend for extra mitigation as always. Super smashy smash! Personally I'm cool with foregoing -KB in Meteor. As long as you time it correctly, you only have a few boss stragglers to finish off with your heavy hitters, so not much cleanup. Combat Teleport makes melee engagement and disengagement for cones a breeze. 1
