I suppose it depends on who is making them, and perhaps what breed or crossbreed of grain is used. I've had some that I suspect someone tossed indigo dye into the yellow corn vat, but I've had others that there's a subtle, richer flavor. Because it is subtle, I wouldn't buy any that are priced significantly higher than yellow or white...what would Brits call them...maize tortillas? Edited May 21, 2022 by Techwright 1
