Account already logged in error?

My husband went to log into his account & got the "this account is already logged in" error. He clicks okay and tries again and gets in. He hasn't played since last night and shut down his computer overnight. We both changed our passwords last time this happened, just in case. Not sure why it happened to him again?

I know sometimes if you don't disconnect properly, the game still thinks you're logged in. But unless his character was in task force mode, the game should have disconnected the character anyway.

 

I would submit a support ticket so the GMs can check log in history and see if something is going on. You can do that from the forums here, there's a "Support" button up top (or in the mini menu if you're on mobile)

I get that all the time. I wouldn't worry about it so much.

Yeah I get this all the time and have since way back on live. Freaks you out the first time but it's always been benign for me
