Finally found a pairing for martial arts on a dom - ice control, what pairing has clicked for you?

I've enjoyed martial arts on a dom with the look and the aoe.  But I had tried multiple primaries and didn't feel synergy  with any of them.

 

But having tried ice again since its upgrade, I feel like I now have the perfect pairing and love my ice/MA dominator.

 

What pairing of powersets feels right for you?

For me, Doms were something I always had trouble getting into. When Illusion Control was added for them, I actually had a concept in mind for an Ill/Sav/Ice. That toon turned out to just be "it" for me. The sets just feel so right together.

I still haven't tried an illusion dom - I need to come up with a concept

A dark/dark dom came to my rescue more than a few times and asked me to make a dominator cause there weren't a lot on indom.  I've only made the 1, it was a plant/martial dom.  I had a lot of fun playing it until I semi-retired him when i t4'd.  Might got knock the dust off just for fun again.

I had a Dark/Martial which was fun. Also had an illusion/Dark controller... which was also good, but I'm not that into Controllers. Porting illusion to Doms was awesome. Illusion/Martial is it for me. 😃
