Cannot Put IO Into AH

The level 29 Exploit Weakness: Damage/Range enhancement cannot be listed on the AH.

Dragging the enhancement onto the AH window results in it entering AH storage for ~half a second before popping back into my inventory.

I have not, I made certain that was not the problem first.

As @Luminaramentioned it's a known bug. You can convert it to something else and then list it for a workaround in the meantime.
