Mids question

So any time I build a squishy archetype, the resistance numbers in Mids say they are in the negative, no matter what I do.

Example: building a dark/kin controller, and even with Rune of Protection, Tough, and Charged Armor all 6 slotted, my resistance numbers still look negative. 

Is there some config I need to do in Mids to fix this?

Check and see if there are any check boxes checked under combat settings perhaps?

Is there a way to run Mids without installing .Net?  Say, on a network you don't have admin privileges on...
