Hyardgune Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 I wouldn't put any slots into Tough. I'm capped out on S/L. I use Tough to hold the +3% Def from the PvP set since Defense is Rad/Rad's weakness.

You could snag another 1% by going Resilient instead of Cardiac. But I find having negligible Endurance demands preferable to Immob/ToHit boosts to powers I don't have. Still deciding incarnate route but will likely go with picks to help defense. This is what I am working toward. Frostweaver Posted September 25, 2019 Posted September 25, 2019 I don't get dropping fusion because of st explode damage after a fusion/atom smasher contaminates EVERYTHING. Leveraging contaminated explosions with procs is how my rad/rad tanker can approach brute farming speeds on s/l farms. It's not about the buildup, it's about the contamination.

Not having it hasnt affected my farming speed. Hasten is almost perma with mobs so AS pop quicker. Plus IG does a good job contaminating. Just my exp since my last respec.

I suppose it's a philosophical difference, but I am quite pleased to run effective builds without needing auto-hasten as a crutch. Frees up slots for more utility and improves my performance as a team tanker at the same time as my farming.
