Hi. This happened on the first mission for Dr. Graves' first arc (level 5). Everything was normal until I reached Crosscut and the two longbow personnel. the only thing I remember doing differently from countless other times running the arc was dashing off to crosscut right after talking with Dollface. The dialogue box conversation with her had just ended as I attacked the longbow. The rest of the group showed up, but this time, there were two Dr. Graves. Only one of them was clickable for the ending dialogue.

It reminds me of Twinshot, but with her name it seemed more apt.

There's a few spots you'll get extras.   I think a few of the arcs that were introduced at the same time.  Praetor Marchand's arc and others have the potential.

Yep, both the Blueside and Redside training wheel missions have that bug and have had since Live.

It can happen on any mission where a specific NPC is supposed to go away and then come back later. A variation of it is when fighting Captain Castillo and he disappears to come back to resume the fight, except the original can still be there, invisible.
