I can help with the Traps, and especially with Traps + Proc rates. 

 

Remove the procs from Acid Mortar other than the Chance for Res. They don't go off often enough (I've parsed them multiple times and came to the conclusion they didn't add much at all). 

Remove any procs from Seekers, they won't work at all.

Nor will they work in Trip Mine. I've tested.
Weirdly Hold Procs do work great in Poison Gas Trap. It's the place for them (it's also a hefty -regen and thus great for AV fights).

I'd also assume they won't go off for Temporal bomb but I haven't tested and Temporal might be like Poison Gas Trap. I know they didn't work with Time Bomb, it's down to "once they explode do they leave a pseudo-pet / patch behind which can trigger the procs"

 

So I'm unsure about procs + Temporal Bomb until I've respecced my Ice/Traps, run some missions and run the combat log through my Combat Log parser to if / see how often they go off. 

 

For the Seer is it worthwhile using them as a pet defenses mule? If you've lots of Recharge then maybe just slot them out with Recharge intensive pet IOs and use them. I have Patron Pets perma on a few characters thanks to lots of Recharge and they're worthwhile. (Traps does love lots of recharge)

I believe the gun drone has 80% resistance to everything, which means a single +res pet io caps its resistances, no need to slot in both.

I would personally skip Seeker Drones in this setup due to Flashbang does the same thing more consistently and if you swap the controller sets that Psi proc often always hits making it a really powerful nuke for a troller. Yeah I would drop the procs in Acid Mortar that aren't -res put 5 of the anni set and the other -res proc. Just from my taste, you want the Poison Trap and Tear Gas those big holds do wonders, especially with how this set is very strong with setting up room clearing.

Slotting Liquid Nitrogen is worthless, i've tried all procs/ragnarok set/artillery set on domi and troller and end up with the assumption thats its good for a boosted rech io and thats all. Doesn't fire procs, barely does any knockdown, you won't even notice if the damage component fires off. Think OG ice slick from ice control but with less knockdown. Possibly the most skippable power in the set (although i skip trang too) My domi ended up with a single slot and the last power pick and i haven't missed it low levels and forget its there most of the time, my troller uses it as a set mule for a ragnarok recharge bonus and just tosses it in with all the other patch controls. It might be doing something.

Have you by chance respecced your ice/traps to test procs for temporal bomb? I'm curious what you have found.
