Looking for help to recreate a character based on Weapon Hex

Looking for helping making a build for a claw based scrapper to recreate the alt universe version of X-23 known as Weapon Hex and need help with coming up with a build to help embody the look of her, would greatly appreciate any help

I’d go psionic melee. Maybe energy or electric armor. Or could go sr and add an aura in costumes.

So doing a quick search for the character's backstory, she seems to be a merger of X-23 and Scarlett Witch.  To that end, I think a claws/energy aura stalker might be a great combination, (use the energy claws weapon options).  Energy aura has a heal which cab be back pretty quickly to represent her regeneration, and you've got  powers like disrupt and energy drain that can reflect the psychic abilities of Scarlett Witch.  Add in the psionic mastery APP, and you're set!

Or you can just make a fortunata. That AT has claws and psi attacks and its pretty self sufficient to boot.

The problem with that, is the claws.

I might suggest Claws with the Energy Claws option, or Psi Melee for your primary.

As a secondary, I might recommend a recolored Radiation Armor.
