In short: I support them making more APPs for all ATs based on available powers. I don't think that they should go out of their way to make a bunch of new things, but if the stuff is already in-game or mostly in-game then yes, put it together in an APP for the various ATs, starting with whatever they think is most overdue and then moving on from there.
