Pretty sure you are correct, yes. Edit: Combine that with available stealth options in PvP and the benefit of teams, and the OP doesn't really have a leg to stand on. Edited September 26 by Rudra 2

And what exactly are scrapper snipes that are so powerful? Epic power pool ranged powers? I can't see say https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Staff_Fighting#Serpent's_Reach being that powerful, but maybe I don't understand how powerfully slotted that power can be. If someone posts a reply quoting me and I don't reply, they may be on ignore. (It seems I'm involved with so much at this point that I may not be able to easily retrieve access to all the notifications) Some players know that I have them on ignore and are likely to make posts knowing that is the case. But the fact that I have them on ignore won't stop some of them from bullying and harassing people, because some of them love to do it. There is a group that have banded together to target forum posters they don't like. They think that this behavior is acceptable. Ignore (in the forums) and /ignore (in-game) are tools to improve your gaming experience. Don't feel bad about using them.

Wavicle Posted September 26 Posted September 26 I have to say, I think it was an error for Stalker and Scrapper Sniper attacks to be given the Fast functionality. That should have been limited to squishy classes. Wavicle's Guide To What Really Matters: What Needs To Be Done On Every Toon

In order for the quick version to be active, your character has to be considered to be in combat already. And Shinobi-iri won't boost their snipe damage, which is the OP's complaint, if the character isn't hidden. 2

If I remember rightly, the oneshot code prevents any single hit from taking you from full health to dead instantly. I believe it also accounts for powers doing multiple damage types, counting both together as one hit even though on screen you'll see two damage numbers. However, it does not stop you from taking a hit for nearly all your health and then being finished off by one or more procs in the power firing, or a DoT inflicted by the same power whether inherently or from an added effect like incarnate Interface. 1 When life gives you lemonade, make lemons.
