Original 2004 City of Heroes Game Manual

Anyone got a copy or a scanned PDF of the original City of Heroes Game Manual that came with the game in 2004 (cover page below)?

I have the one from the DVD Collectors Edition, but it's labeled "Quick start manual," so I don't know how much of a difference there is...

Maybe that's the right name - Quick Start. I've only been able to find ones called Game Manual online, but if the Quick Start was the one, I think that's what I'm looking for.

I have all the original boxes for my accounts somewhere in a box in the black hole that is my garage.  Not much help, I know.  But if you still are looking come Spring I will dig them out for you.

The "Quick Start" manual is what my old CoH Deluxe box came with.

I've a copy of CoV with the redside manual that's slightly bigger.
