Cutscene sounds

Is it possible to add voice acting and sound effects to the cutscenes?  I'd love to hear Mother Mayhem's soothing, motherly voice with a strong dose of madness thrown in.

Considering they would have to pay the voice actor to do so and they are only allowed to gather as much in donations as is needed to run the servers and nothing else, and how bad it turned out in several other games that have voice acting, I'm going to go out on a limb and say "No" here. At least as far as the voice acting goes.

They have added some voice acting during HC, however in a pretty limited way and not for cutscenes iirc.

 

I tend to turn off voice overs myself, so no interest from me.

Where? I haven't noticed anything that wasn't voiced on Live here, though I did notice earlier that the Lord Recluse video that used to play on the Grandville Tower doesn't play anymore.

That was added back on Live. When the game had a budget and employees.

Cobalt's brother (i think) did some voices for the labyrinth which is where you'll hear a them.   I'm good with voices used like that, more than in cutscenes.
