To what end? I think this would just lead to harassment.

Obviously to put them on global ignore so that they can never be invited again. Also possibly ridiculed later.

When are we going to get a throw tomato action to show our disdain for an individual? It would be like the snowball but available year round. It's effectively harmless, but add a strong taunt effect to it for when it's used on enemy NPCs. No, in fact, let it also taunt friendly NPCs into being a temporary enemy. Would be nothing funnier than seeing Ms. Liberty put the smack down on someone throwing tomatoes at her. Showing disdain for the police drones? **ZAP**

Only if affected NPCs become level 90 full incarnates hostile to the player when hit with the tomato. Since it would have a taunt effect, make it like a Mag 300 taunt for 300 seconds or the offending target is dead (at which point stops being an enemy again), with a +9000% movement boost for the taunted/tomatoed NPC to reflect his/her/their/its rage.

Edit: And for NPCs that don't have a combat version, they summon a full incarnate level 90 Avatar of Fury that is taunted to the throwing character with a Mag 300 taunt for 300 seconds or the offending target is dead with a +9000% speed boosted flight that despawns when the offending character is dead or the taunt times out. Why am I asking for such a ludicrous result? So players don't run around murdering now taunted contacts and other NPCs for the fun of depriving other players access to their contacts like players did (and possibly still do?) back on WoW.

Yes, please, for the power buffs. But only for those can fight. The noncombat NPCs should not be able to become uber-monsters just because they were hit with a tomato. I'm pretty sure most NPCs can't be targeted with snowball, but trainers can and it would be lots of fun to see them hit back with a fury that dwarfs the power of the well itself.

For those other NPCs that can be targeted, let them be taunted and turn into moderate threats but be unable to be targeted as hostiles while they slowly whittle a tomato-thrower down. The only way to get them off your back is to run away.

Why stop at displaying the person’s name for up to 47 other people to yell at? Maybe the code could just automatically dox players who aren’t paying attention. 🙄

Would it be possible for the event queue display to show the names of the people who haven't joined?

While I get it, I have to agree with others that it just starts a fight.  That said, I'd be game for such a display only displaying for the league leader.  That way they can make a private message in hopes to motivate the person to join.

Taking it further, I'd really like to see an auto-support function kick in.  When one forgets or refuses to click the green button, they are dropped from the league, just as they would be as the league enters the event, but with this version, a pause takes place and the game asks the league leader if they'd like to proceed, or if they want to back out to recruit replacements.

Honestly, I just wish a system message would get posted to the league leaders log of who declined. Sometimes I missed a message saying they were going AFK for a second. If I know who declined (through inaction, maybe not those who actively declined) I can reinvite them once we zone in.

You know when you go into a restaurant, and it gets busy and they start a waiting list, and they start calling out names,
