questions question about Patrol XP and that badge

Patrol exp-

How does this work is it for every hour you get 1/24 of a bar worth of exp or is it percentage base which means 1% is equal to 14.4 minutes or is it 24 hours take it or leave it 1 bar(if the last one ignore the question about the patroller job/badge)

 

Patroller job/badge-

If percentage based or 1 hour per 24th of a bar does it save progress between offline hours. Such as you have x% remaining till next bar promotion(for badge) or x 24th's worth of bars before next promotion for the job.

Or does it require a full bar/24 hour period for it to count.

 

I hope I don't have to actually do 30 days worth of offline time in 24 hour periods for each day 😭

Patroller badge is easy just log out in the middle of atlas like a scrub for about a week or two.

Not at all.

 

You don't even have to logout during your first character creation to earn the badge anymore.

 

Thanks to the HC change that awards patrol exp when finding exploration badges, you can just scoop up a bunch, work a little of that off via exp grind, find a few more and viola. Patroller badge earned.

Also, if you have the Experienced temp power, that counts too.

 

 As for how often it “ticks” when you’re offline, I know it’s more than once per hour, but I am not sure if it ticks every minute or, say, every 5 minutes.
