See Through

Last Rikti Mother Ship[ Raid I saw a character whose face was see through. That is to say his clothes were visible, but he had n0o face.  Whatever background there was showed through where his face should have been. Sadly, I was too busy dodging to jot down his name.

 

Does anyone have an idea how that effect was accomplished? It would not have been stealth or invisibility as they blur or remove the entire form.

Just the head? Was it transparent, or completely invisible?

 

Because there's a "Floating Head" option in the character editor now (under "Heads," obviously), and one of the options there is "Headless."

Oh.... headless with a high collar perhaps... that would be a nice effect... Also the floating GLASS orb head does weird things with head auras.

There is also the "Brain in a Jar" head .... where you have the option for the tank to be EMPTY.  Just a big, somewhat squared-off glass fishtank with nothing in it.

 

EDIT TO NOTE: I 'd love a version, with or without the brain, for some actual FISH swimming around in the tank. Even if it was a costume-piece specific "aura" ...

Just for the humor, I kinda wish they'd move the menu option from "Head/Headless" to "Head/None."

There is a costume option for no heads. Used it on one of my heroes, one of his costume has a large come (aura?) where the head should be.
