Dark Armor: Cloak of Fear/Oppressive Gloom??

For a Stalker, does Cloak of Fear or Oppressive Gloom ruin the character being in hide? Was just curious because I have a reroll that I’m doing and Dark Armor would be a good fit for the concept.

I can't see them working well with Hide, but I can see them helping if you've AS in a group and then activate them as defense.

I guess that’s what I’m really wondering, is if Hide maybe nullifies their effects until it’s broken or will you run up in Hide and one of those aggro the mobs and ruin your Hide. Or should I just go a different route all together? Lol

On Live, hide suppressed them until you lost the hidden status. AS unleashing fear aura was always fun for terrorizing a group. I assume that's the case here, though I won't know for sure till I build my /DA stalker.

all damage and status effect toggles that can potentially aggro enemies are suppressed while you are in hide.
