Illusion Control Bugged.

Enhancements of all kinds seem to not be working on the skills: Phantom Army, Phantasm, Spectral Terror.

 

More specifically, Phantom Army and Phantasm are not being affected by damage enhancements whatsoever and moreover on phantasm it is ignoring the enhancement "Overwhelming Force Damage/Chance for Knockdown/Knockback to Knockdown", As for Spectral Terror it is ignoring -To Hit enhancements completely, and Fear duration enhancements.

Tested the Phantom Army, Phantasm damage by having them attack the same enemy with and without enhancements on separate summon casts (one with, one without enhancements)
As for Spectral Terror I used the P2W Vendors Power Analyzer to test the -To Hit issue and it is still 15% even though with my enhancements at my current level it should be next to 22.5%

I cannot test the fear duration of Spectral Terror due to the nature of the skill and how it spams fear but I assume it is following the same issue as the other skills since like all the other skills the tooltip that states Damage, -To Hit, and Fear duration are NOT changing at all when enhancements are slotted.

Yikes.  I was suspicious that other enhancements were also not working as all 5 of them (including the decoy) seem to be shooting at the ceiling a lot more than I recall them doing, and damage seems to be lower, but I only did testing to verify the KB->KD bug which I'd already posted about in another thread (referenced below).

Just an added voice, and a personal thanks for the additional testing you've done with the enhancements on the Illusion set.

Wow, so that's way bigger than I thought. I should just quit using mine for a while. Had just not been using phantasm cuz of the kb but I've been on teams with it mostly so hadn't noticed the damage etc.

Yeah, the bugs with illusion right now are huge.

The HC Beta patch notes make specific reference to patching the control stacking bug as well as the pets and enhancements so seems they're well on top of things.  Just have to suck it up until they push it live :).  Happy days though.

Someone did say they were hoping to have this fixed by Tuesday. I've been playing my ill/emp troller lately and have noticed it and bugged it myself even. Can confirm, enhancements are not working in the pets/summons, and blind/deceive are not stacking, sometimes not working at all.
