I have an Ice/Ice Tanker named Super-Yeti, and although I haven’t played him in a bit, he seems fine. According to my spreadsheet he’s level 25, so he must not be too hateful to play. Tonight is Tanker Tuesday, so I’ll grab a screenshot of him later. First Tuesday means we’ll be on Excelsior tonight, so come on out and team up with fellow Tanks. Meet in Kings Row next to the Indy Port entrance at 9pm EST. Every level is welcome, as they usually organize a few teams doing different things. Edit: Big turnout for Tanker Tuesday this week:

Scurvy Dog's theme song is the title track from CutThroat Island and Morgan's Ride. Young Man Rhythm is the very personification of "Rockin' Pneumonia and the Boogie Woogie Flu".

Mister Downtown is based on the song of the same name from That Thing You Do!, the Tom Hanks movie. "Mr. Downtown" is clearly riffing on Secret Agent Man. The whole soundtrack is amazing, creating a sort of musical parallel 1968. Kick Off does his heroing to the classic NFL films soundtrack, such as "Classic Battle".

Three of my latest Pulp Heroes: Doc Shadow Illusion/Darkness Affinity Controller He's a mash-up of Doc Savage and The Shadow. Clark Savage Jr. + Lamont Cranston becomes Dr. Cranston Clark. The Masked Lark Street Justice/Energy Aura Brute Entirely original, and I rather like this one. It looks appropriate to the period with slightly-goofy colors and style. Masked Larks are real birds, so that works, as well. Hail Columbia Storm/Storm Defender I was thinking about this poem and trying to come up with a costume to set it off, but nothing looked right. Then I saw something similar to this one night and shamelessly ripped it off. I made some minor modifications to fit the period, but the overall look came from another player. I wish I could remember their name to give proper credit.

That’s weird, because I think the animation for the snipe (Direct Strike) is totally cool. The reaching up, grabbing lightning, and throwing it down on baddies, looks straight out of the MCU. Absolute badass. I also like looks of the AoE, Chain Lightning.
