If you are so inclined to run 2 Hami Raids a day on an alt that is 120 merits. And you aren't probably gaining a vet level doing that. I would say converting 5 to 10 Emp merits a day isn't out of line from other ways of accessing merits. Perhaps once per day you could convert 5 Emp Merits to 1 Hero merit, so it would be limited to 1 transaction. Could add a 500k inf price to it possibly.

I must say this sounds a lot worse than not getting Vet Level XP in AE. Sure it would be harder to level a new farmer, but if you know exactly what incarnate powers you want, the rest of the Emp merits can go towards merits. I find getting the merits/inf for a powerful build more troublesome than getting my incarnates unlocked. And for players that don't care for end game content, this change makes Emp merits practically useless.

Ya today got off the rails right away I think with our PUG player. Right away couple people took off. I was expecting to kinda plow through like we normally do. Make sure we tp all the folks to the GMs/AVs before starting. Hit the main points of the trial, and go over them. And it's not overly challenging until we get to the Titan and the special damage type. We could always look at just having a theme and picking what to do day of. Anyways for next week, looking to bring Jax One, Mind/Dark Dominator.

Work has been rough. I should be able to attend. I have my Dark/Katana tanker, Jax Saber lined up. I also farmed up 20ish Ambrosia. I am definitely going to be hit or miss over the next coupe months. Summer time and less covid restrictions will probably hurt weekend attendance. But we can always find something to do, even if it's not the hardest level 50 WST content. Hardest part of recruiting last minute is keeping with the vibe/theme. We could always run some Ouro arcs vs TFs.

I usually aim for 135% recharge myself. I don't recall the exact % that is needed, but 135% gives me some room if I am in the middle of casting another power to not have to be perfect. I tend to keep Domination up once I can cast it until I bite off more than I can chew and face plant.

FYI, not sure if I will be working this weekend or what those hours might be. If I can make it, probably a last minute notice type thing. Also, I should have IRL plans the following Saturday and work on May 7th.... I will see you jokers when I can.

The benefit of more recovery might be more important than the lower E/N defense. I obviously initially planned for the extra defense, more real world testing is needed. Not in a major hurry to make any changes. But on other Stone Armor builds I notice the benefit of slotting for the extra endurance recoveree.

Claws has less burst damage. So the way to squeeze high DPS out of Claws is high recharge allowing for an attack chain of only the best attacks. Think Follow Up, Slash, Focus - Repeat. Where you stack the Follow Up buff constantly. It's still pretty good if you are filling in with Strike or possibly Shockwave. Shockwave has good utility, but not something I'd use for single targets in most cases. For AoE, SPIN is fantastic on recharge and endurance. You can add in Shockwave (probably with a KB to KD IO). Follow Up, Spin, Shockwave - Repeat burns through minions. But if like the stratifying crunch of big burst damage. The heavier hitters plus build up in Mace is going to be more enjoyable.

Soft capping on Scrappers with Stone Armor AND procing attacks is probably a bit of a challenging feat. Also take into consideration that with the low recharge on the Claws attacks, full proc mode might not have the desired result. This is what I am currently running. Not soft capped on Fire/Cold defense but better resists there. Just started an Ice/Dark controller. Looking at being able to stack a ton of slows, Artic Air, Ice Slick, and Tar Patch paired with a bunch of -to hit from dark powers plus defense in Shadow Fall and Fade. Thought for that combo, might need to look at procs for damage. But should be a fun team build.

My go to Scrapper is Claws/Ice, it is probably is my most expensive build with the Winter sets for Fire defense. It might not exist if Claws/Stone was available sooner. I do love being able to have Claws with Stone Armor. My version probably needs more refinement, and it might become my favorite Scrapper.
