Not sure what I might want to run this weekend, but I should be free Saturday to join.

Well Umber, Ban and I picked up a tanker and Sentinel roaming around in zone and smacked down some Romans. Here's a shot of my Stormie in her mummy wraps and spare parts in her basket. And my 'Bird God' Broot I dressed up incase we needed something tanky.

Here's some food for thought. This is my current build on HC. When I get around to it I will probably respec Chilling Embrace back in. You can see I focused much more on soft capping defenses that high recharge rate. Alternating Icy Bastion and Rune of Protection to boost resistances. You could drop Infiltration, Conserve Power, and Physical Perfection for Hasten, Chilling Embrace, and Super Speed (if you want to be able to stealth). Steal a slot from Stamina to 2 slot Hasten, and possibly the 5% resist IO in CJ for Chilling Embrace if you want to manage that end cost. I do suggest keeping the recharge on Energy Absorption fairly low. At about 24 seconds recharge it's 'stacks' about half the time if you aren't hitting 9 targets with the first cast. It's a great end tool and helps over capping defense for debuffs. But I do rely on being able to up my resists to help with defense debuffs and letting my defense recover before engaging the next spawn. 1 on 1 Energy Absorption won't solve your end issues. One of the reasons I have Conserve Power currently. An incarnate Endurance Mod bonus could help out there. I personally like Intuition to get Damage and Range for Focus and Shockwave. The Tier 4 slow movement is nice for Chilling Embrace as well. Thinking I should bring out my Storm/Ice Blast Defender - Aurora Dawnfire. As mummified god who was awoken once her power imbued items were placed on her.

My Claws/Ice scrapper is my favorite scrapper right now. Icy Bastion can help out when defense fail. Add in Rune of Protection if that's your flavor and go to town. It does take a fair amount of investment if you want to push multiple damage types close to soft cap levels.

Hmmmm.... I am tempted to want to play my OG main from Live with OG costume. Retro CoH. I shall see if I can work up a good retro costume on my own.

Hope everyone had fun today. The football has not been as competitive as expected, but at least it's going in favor of the good guys so far.

While the low DDR is limiting, I do greatly enjoy my Claws/Ice Scrapper. But at the upper levels I can swap between Icy Bastion, Rune of Protection, and Barrier to keep the resistances up. Maybe someday there will be a way to pair a version of Claws with Shield and I'll have a new favorite toon.

Belated Merry Christmas Themers. for the 1st, put me down for Jax Dredd, Dual Pistols/Traps - Corruptor.

My Claws AoE attack is Follow Up - Spin - Shockwave. Make sure you have a KB to KD IO in Shockwave. In most cases I feel that's easier than slightly adjusting to make Evis hit the most mobs. I can see taking it when leveling and until you can slot up Shockwave. But even then, with a damage aura, I'd skip it myself.

Playing my Claws/Stone has me rethinking the build a bit. The change to Earths' Embrace makes it so easy to be at the HP cap, i am not sure I want/need Hasten. And I'd probably get more mileage from S/L resistances from Red Fortunes instead of +HP from LotG. I do notice a bit of an endurance usage issue, so maybe updating the slotting in Crystal Armor would help me out. Well i figured out I can do Who will die part 4 as a hero, set to -1 x2 and unlock the hero slayer badge. And duo box mayhem missions for the exploration and bank/hero kill, and get invader badge on 2 accounts in about an hour.

No worries Midnyte, they had a cheap replacement with Pepper Sprinkles today.

@Bananiac It's a FCS level NCAA College football playoff game. North Dakota State (Go Bison!) are in the quarter finals. I was hoping they would get the Friday night game or a later game on Saturday. But it's the noon game on ESPN. A lot of friends are really big fans, so guessing there will be invites to some local bars if they don't get tickets. It's also too 'big' locally to try and record and watch the game without getting spoilers on social media or texts. 🙂

I'd almost imagine trying some old school Stalker leveling tactics. Radio/Newspaper missions, run to end, get objective, mission completion bonus, repeat. Pretty sure I'd only be playing this type of challenge with patrol exp. Wow

Not to be that guy, but I don't think Manticore is a Weekly Strike Target next week. I'm down for whatever, but if folks want Notice of the Wells and extra XP maybe we review?
