Is this a good build for soloing? Shield has some powers that seem to work much better on teams.

I'll add my dissenting opinion. I really like the new change. I like that I don't have to change ancors constantly. I don't find deactivating the toggles to be cumbersome at all.

I rolled a villain and was frustrated by the low numbers of other villains. I changed to a Rogue and now I can play on any team. I'll do villain side when there's enough people and play as a hero the rest of the time.

In the Guides I see people posted level 50 builds that are fully IO'd. I remember IO's being very difficult and expensive to obtain. You had to use the market. With a smaller, inexperienced player base I don't see how using the market is even possible right now. Do people actually have access to this range of IO's or are these builds they eventually want?

Why wait until level 41 to get Fearsome Stare? That is one of the best powers in Dark: soft control and a huge accuracy debuff.

That happens to me too. I don't know of a real fix. Eventually it does open if I reopen the app enough times.

I'm not a lawyer, but that's seems a lot like committing fraud AND violating copyright.
