So if by turning off small inspirations or certain types , am I decreasing the overall drop rate of inspirations or does the drop rate remain unchanged and I simply get insp. I need at a faster rate?
Thanks
I went ahead and edited my OP to leave team Badges alone. (Such as taskforces) This would address the only potential negative I can foresee.
as for the other badges I think they should be global. There is absolutely zero pros to having to re-earn a badge you can get solo.
Seems like it would be fair to say the badge system as it sits currently has discouraged you from badge hunting.
You seem to have the same concerns we do as badge hunters.
What if we made it to where “team badges” TFs etc. are not account wide and everything else is?
I don’t think it would “devalue the badges” you still have to put in the time and effort regardless to get said badge and what fun is it to have to duplicate that effort for something you’ve already earned to have to earn again?
I doubt folks quit doing TFs. I seem to have no problem forming them with folks who have already done the TF on a toon.
At the very least I would want to transfer badges you get from story arcs and accolade powers . Playing through the games story once is punishment enough Lol.
Great idea actually. But since double xp is already a thing you can already activate automatically, maybe increase drop rates or some other reward system?
it is nice in the rare occasion I come across heroes and villains battling in the streets . Gives the game more of an immersive feel.
My thoughts are that the purpose of badges is sort of like a resume on what you’ve done in the game as a player and they’re just cool to look at .
There are just too many badges for it to be feasible to have all of your toons to hunt badges and more often than not makes me feel restricted to keep playing on just my main toon since I’m a badge hunter .
Thoughts ?
EDIT: Team badges (such as TFs) would stay toon only as to not discourage team activities .
Try telling a Christian that. The point is, is that what you find or others might find offensive is subjective. And until I provide clarity of my intent you can only assume. And we all know how that saying goes.
Imagine coming to coh forums and purposely deviating from the topic and instead digging for something to be offended about.
So I just created a new thread on this and was unaware of this threads existence .
after reading everything here; I’m totally fine with these npcs not just being able to zip through for RP purposes.
But like one guy here said, when they’re getting lost every 10 ft. Somethings gotta give .
Can we make the AI on kidnap missions less of a hassle?
I dont expect them to have super speed or keep up like MM pets for lore purposes but I shouldn’t have to move like a turtle stuck in peanut butter while escorting them out either.
This should be a relatively easy fix.
Thank you.
