It does go off, but not very often. Very often i pick Musculature with the Stalkers and therefore i have a lot of +Damage on Powers. If i have to choose 5 out of 6 for Set bonuses i discard the pure damage one for the best efficieny on powers. You can freely put the damage procs elsewhere.

That Sounds like a very nice Project. I like what you are doing here! I would recommend Carnifax Combat Parser for a little bit of analysis on your runs. Maybe you will learn something new that you did not know. I have not tried these AE arcs but if the survivability is so hard, did you consider using Ice Melee with its Ice Patch? Also Ice Armor during its Icy Bastion felt very tanky. These are just my first ideas after reading this. Maybe i will try it out myself for more input.

I only remember that it was very annoying to solo because of the street kill missions. I use amplifiers and the signature summon from the p2w vendor. Also some of the base buffs are helpfull. As a BS/SD i also recommend the recovery serum. Your Damage should be high enough to have no problems with AVs. If you still struggle then get envenomed dagger and make it part of your rotation.

Hasten can be made perma so you have the recharge bonus all the time. adrenalin booster can not be made perma, but gives some other bonuses than recharge. I would always go with hasten over adrenalin booster, but if i can make room for both, why not take them both?

I would strongly advice to put the Hide Proc of Stalkers Guile into Assassin's Psi Blade and use a Gauss-Build Up Proc in Concentration. I copied this from my Guide to explain why:

That sounds really different than what i have heared from other players. They wanted me to put EA in the S-Tier because it is so powerfull. I have not been having Problems with the Psi vulnerability, because i get used to play around it. SR had the problem of lacking endurance and the click mez was annoying me after a while, like it was with Nin and Shield. But as you said, a lot of this is subjective!

Recharge Bonus only. Other things are just a Bonus. Yes. we want 45% defense against Melee, Ranged and AoE. Preferably more but i wanted to get the most recharge possible, without sacrificing too much. I wanted Adrenalin Booster Because it is a good damage cooldown, even if you can not have it perma. it increases damage to hit and recharge. to get there i would have to take something else, so we have the travelpower and somethig else. i choose toxic dart, because i could get 6% resists with just one additional slot or simply waste the power pick. If you really want to use the slot elsewhere it is ok, since toxic dart is not going to be used anyway. The increases perception was also just one slot for a nice bonus. you can slot whatever you want here. the perception increase is global, so you would have it active even when the power is not running. Performance shifter will proc from time to time for a small amount of endurance. and power transfer will do the same for health. to get some bonuses i used another IO for Endurance increase and power transfers 2 piece bonus was more desireable than performance shifters. If you want a good read about Energy Melee look up the Post of Bopper. You can compare the Build he used there to my Energy Melee Builds and see the differences and similarities. One thing to remember. Stalkers are Damage dealing ATs. The Stun is just a Bonus. we rely on killing the mobs.

Hi @wyvaud, Players like you are the exact reason, why i made another big post about Stalkers. Look up in my signature to find Builds for Stalkers of any combination. I surely did pick other pool powers but you could change the builds how you like it. If you choose to go into the Teleportation Pool, i would recommend to pick Fold Space. It is Amazing and very usefull for creating more density. Unfortunately Energy Melee will not be very good in exploiting that dense pack of mobs. Your build has a lot of things that i would do different. for example you have acrobatics but still slot knockback protection IOs. Physical Protection has way to many slots. Energy Transfer is the single best damaging power you have, slot something damage increasing into it. Power Crash is very strong on Stalkers because it is made stronger to compensate the loss of whirling hands. pick it and use it. There is a Jumping Punch technic to make the melee cones hit more enemys, try to practice it so you hit more enemys. If you are not very familiar with making builds in general, just use the EM/Nin Template in my Tier List Post. If you have any questions feel free to ask. everyone starts somewhere. we are here to help each other!

Hi @darkfry, thank you for your posts here, i like this kind of conversations! The EM/SR build uses Laser Beam Eyes as a Set Mule. The use of it is not intended. I had one Power and one Slot to spare. You can pick Elude if you want it, that should be no Problem at all. Now i do not have mids right now, but if i remember correctly you should be a little bit over the defense cap and weave is turned off. With ~50% Defenses and a toggle that can add a few more % if the situation would call for it (ITF?), You should not be worried about Cascading Defense Debuffs. And if you play in teams there will be maneuvers to push the defense even higher. If you think about that, you should ask yourself what Elude brings to the table? It just increases your defenses even more. You will push the emergency button but your situation will still be the same. SR has a couple of Problems for a secondary. It gives no damage option beside 20% recharge bonus, it does not have endurance fix, it has no healing and only scaling resistances. The Endurance is best countered with the Body Mastery, you could also go for Mu and Soul by relying on Ageless to fix your Endurance. I tried to cover healing with the Health Pool which is something the top Claws/SR scrappers tend to do. And to get high resits at 60% Life you have to increase your base resists a little bit. I tried that with laser beam eyes, because i could do nothing about the rest. My real concern with this EM/SR would be the sitiuation where your build is so powerful that you become your own enemy with Energy Transfer doing so much damage to yourself, that the passive healing is not enough. Imagine having high recharge and tossing out ET very often. It will not crit often enough to keep your HP stable. And since you deal true damage to yourself, the resists are useless. Maybe the Radial Rebirth Destiny is best in endgame situations? And a lot of people forget that you can just pop some inspiration which is also a very good option. I do it a lot with macros to combine them. (Lets take this opportunity to bash regen) There are very funny memories i have about EM/regen Stalkers killing themself during Momemt of Glory.

This is a very good question. I tried to make a table with primaries as columns and secondaries as rows. But it was a big ugly bunch of numbers. It was not easy to compare so many combinations to each other. Also some of the primaries were lacking something special, like area attacks. In such a case everything offering area damage from the secondary would be helpfull. Unfortunately there is no easy answer to it. Best way i could imagine is to compare a few combos with each other, but not more than 4-6?

I have played a Ice/Ice Stalker from DFB to TinPex and had a lot of fun. Ice Armor caps S/L defense very early in the leveling phase, which was very noticable. But the endurance is a Problem until you get to Energy Absorption and Icy Bastion. I would use Icy Bastion first and try to postpone the use of Energy Absorption as much as i could, to make sure that i have enough endurance until Icy Bastion comes up again. This is the only thing to watch for Ice Armor. The special thing about Icy Bastion is, that it brings huge resistance bonuses to a set that is more about defenses. It is not permanent up but has a big impact while it is up. It does not end with a crash, which will get you killed. There are so many T9 Powers that can be skipped and never missed. But Icy Bastion is a must have.

Thank you, that you read my posts so carefully! I really appreciate that. The big difference between the Stalker Guide and this Tier List is more or less that the one is describing it and attempting to be positive about everything without judging it too harsh. I wanted to tell other Players how good a Stalker can be and what options you have. All Power combinations can feel strong, but not everyone wants to try everything. The main motivation was to get rid of the bad reputation that Stalkers had for a long time and explain the finess involved of playing a Stalker. The focus of the Guide was almost educational. In this Post here i made some judgement based on my opinion without beeing too gentle. The Tier List and Builds collection was aimed towards Players that like ratings and tier Lists. People that min/max their toons and respec multiple times, spend time on the test server to come up with optimal attack chains. I could have done it with my excel sheet where i give points for different fields, but kids nowadays like tier lists...so why not? I was hoping that people would start to argue why there is no S tier and would bring up Street Justice or Energy Melee beeing stronger than Elec or Ice. It is flattering that you read the guide and this tier list so good that you noticed the differences!

issue 27 [Beta] Patch Notes for April 24th, 2021
Croax replied to Jimmy's topic in [Open Beta] Patch Notes
You should not nerf Kinetic Melee. The Set needs a rework across all ATs. -
Hey @Cervantis, look here for a attack chain for Street Justice: Attack Chain And for a build just look in the Thread that i recently started. You can find a link to it in my Signature. You can find a build for every Stalker combination. Have Fun with the best Melee Damage Dealing AT in the Game!
