  1. Finally had time to collect actual data. Used Elec/Bio Sentinel on live and test through the same missions. Play style was chosen for consistency. Vulnerability never pressed. Total DPS live: 473 Total DPS test: 502 Offensive Adaptation proc DPS live: 16.78 Offensive Adaptation proc DPS test: 14.77 Total DPS live on crittable abilities: 206.81 Total DPS test on crittable abilities: 210.31 My opinion: Thunderous Blast needs to crit. Probable bug: Voltaic Sentinel cannot crit. You can think what you like about the necessity of nukes not critting, but Voltaic Sentinel must. Defensive modifier change + Bio changes: Damage resistance delta from live to test: S/L 3.92 F/C/E/N 1.63 P 1.25 T 1.14 Defense delta from live to test R -2.35 M -2.35 AoE -2.35 S/L -2.35 F/C/E/N -.13 P -1.3 T -2.35 Ablative Carapace absorb loss live to test: -364

  3. People keep talking about Super Strength and Rage, but all I can hear is "it's time to fix damage procs." Changing Super Strength/Rage without changing damage procs would be like changing the tires but not putting gas in the car.
  4. This would be a better solution. It would even be a better design if Offensive did even more damage that it does now but had a harsher penalty. Likewise, Defensive isn't providing enough defense to actually consider worth using now even if you're going down. Make it able to do so. Especially since you're changing the cooldowns of the stances. Make stance dancing a thing.
  5. I'd think you'd want Lightning Clap to benefit from the scrapper crit proc. But there's no where good to put it for that. Also, I admit I don't understand what I'm doing with this change.

  8. The detailed info of DNA Siphon needs correction. It says Offensive Adaptation is providing a regen debuff to defeated foes. At least I hope that is a typo and not how it actually works.
  9. So what does Lightning Clap count as for procs? Is it going to still be considered a 15' sphere? There's no way to test this, some dev will have to tell us. If it is a giant sphere? Where are we supposed to put our important ATOs? Thunder Strike is a giant sphere. Chain Induction's proc rate has become a giant sphere. Is Havoc Punch going to be the only, and very terrible, option? One of these other attacks needs to count as single target for procs or else we're not making any progress here. @Captain Powerhouse
  10. Why can't we expect power sets to be balanced between each other exactly? If battle axe is somehow too good, why is it allowed to exist for 6 years in that state?
  11. You'll have to make your own AE stories. It's the only way to get what you want. The files are on your computer, so you can just load them to beta as well.
  12. Both casting time and recharge time changes during Momentum. Proc chances will be lower then. The charts list them as the same chances as non-momentum.
  13. Look at the text of Barrage.
  14. Axe Cyclone and Fire Sword Circle appear to have forgotten their AoE nature in the proc chance. Titan Weapon during Momentum probably needs its own chart since they have different animations and recharges.
  15. You should be factoring in proc chance some how. For example, Beheader only has a 28% chance to proc, while Swoop has a 74%. Not to mention Beheader is garbage and should never be used, while Swoop is your best attack.

  22. Chance for Opportunity should instead be Chance to apply Vulnerability. Imagine that on the nuke.
