You're the one who necro'd this thread to cherry pick a single line out. When the actual discussion of the electric blast changes were taking place across many threads, you can find it there.
If you want to argue with month old comments, the burden is on you to see what's relevant.
Also, I never said anything about small drains to get Shocked. I only commented on complete end drain. Which is impossible/pointless to try for.
This was clearly stated in my other posts.
Why are you cherry picking one thing I said and ignoring everything else, for example:
"It's fine. It's much worse than Fire, and much better than half the other sets."
I hadn't considered the knockdown.
However, it has many drawbacks. TIme is location based, Energy has knockbacks. The two do not work together. Water takes a lot of powers to actually generate knockdowns and the last thing you want on a Defender is more, long cast times in addition to your primary powers.
I run mine out of Radiation Blast for grouping reasons, but this Time/Fire would be better solo.
It's got basically everything you can wedge in. Problems are there's a limit to the toughness of a Defender in the elemental damage types: Energy in this case. Also, max hp is always an issue. Some AV hits you with Energy Transfer, you're just dead. Can't stop that.

You've convinced me to put -res back in my powers. I stopped using them because it didn't matter for trash, but it doesn't matter for trash either way.
SR is good, but it isn't top tier. This is due to it's lack of any healing/regen.
There exist armor sets that provide every layer of durability at good quality, and SR just isn't one of those. This is objective.
I didn't realize Aid Self was interruptible, since nothing mentions it. Back to the drawing board on Shield Defense.
Unleash Potential is the only option I guess. It's hard to work in.
Got it down to ~90 mins. Could cut some more time since I had 4 defeats.
One defeat is actually faster though. On the third intermission of Dr Zeon and Midas, if you move Zeon way out from the circle, then die, when you come back, he'll still be there but Midas will have moved back to his spawn and will be too far away to aggro.
There's so many D-Syncs that the chances of getting the good one is too low. I'll probably call this experiment over.
Radiation Armor also outheals Bio (not in efficient) Everyone sleeps on Rad Armor.
Too bad it doesn't have any defense. If you want better Regen, just play Rad. It's still below everything with defense though.
