The girl fight at the end of S2 was a direct spoof on Avengers Endgame girls vs Thanos. The producer who is female was excessively pissed about that scene and decided to incorporate it as a lark on The Boys.

I do it for all of the above, inf, drops, and PL.
I have 2 accounts, altitis, and playing the role of an "ebil marketeer" was something I did on live.
Fire/kin back then now a /fire broot.
I'm of 2 minds, I enjoy turning on Amon Amarth and mowing down the masses, and sometimes I afk farm, whatever mood strikes me.
I love having the ability to kit out a a new 50, play the market to finish out the build, and then maybe strip the toon sell off the ios for profit and delete the toon just to start another....
I know, I know I am a fickle evil god lol.

I gave up asking or getting someone who i could pay to build one.
Best bet is watch the vids on YouTube and check some of the guides on here.
Thats how I built my base.

There are several videos that will help you on YouTube, also check in this forum for tips and tricks for controls, stacking, etc.
This is how I learned, and now I have a lovely graveyard and tomb.

Let common sense ring in now.
In different areas, states, towns, cities, villages, townships, etc they do ToT at different times.
So some are at night, some during day, some are house to house and some are trunk or treats at churches.
So whats normal for one person might not be the same for another.

Redside/Blueside: Redside predominantly although we do TFs often and badging on blueside. Wednesday is Praetoria day. One member @Killroy does alot of PI pugs.
Recruitment Message: we originally all came from Triumph with our VG there. We hosted costume contests and base raids back in the day often.
Our leader was Blood Horn, unfortunately Greg passed a few years ago he normally did all the recruiting lol.
So I've posted in the Reconnect >Triumph thread but if you used to be on live, are an older player or an old soul who misses the camaraderie of that time then get a hold of one of us. Our youngest member is in their late 30s and our oldest is late 50s, we have a group on FB to share info, and a teamspeak server.
We are adults and have adult humor, we are from all walks of life, we welcome couples as me and my wife play, and occasionally some members now grown kids play. We do TF'S SFs, badging, farming, some pvp (just getting started again), content, etc. There are 6 of us total with some of us on almost daily to some that play only on weekends.
We are all adults and have jobs and families so we play mostly on weekends, Friday nights occasionally, Wednesday evenings, and I usually am on in afternoons and evenings daily.
We ask for no drama, no politics, and tolerate no racism.

Hey, fellow Triumph peeps, the Revenants used to be a VG on that shard. We hosted costume contests and base raids quite often.
Our leader was Blood Horn who you might remember (unfortunately Blood aka Greg passed 3 yrs ago).
Almost all of the old VG are back and we are looking for any people from Triumph that might not have been as lucky as us to come back together with so many members.
We have monthly scheduled events, Wednesdays are Praetoria Day, we do badging, TF/SF, some of us are starting to get back into PVP, farming, a teamspeak server, etc.
Redside on Everlasting is starting to get a good population and we would like to cultivate it through costume contests, DFB, content, etc.
If you remember Boomie, Slade, Evil Aye, Warpact, Daughter of Diablo, Frija, Zmar, Kelmar, Neon Meow, Charge, Electraline, Pyerune or Blood Horn then you've teamed with us or been a part of the Revenants.
So if you miss the old days and want a place to call home and good friends to share your new adventures with then get in contact with one of us through our in game globals.

I like the Longbow event that happens downtown, having so many to fight and a Ballista leading them is something I just discovered and I played on Live.
Maybe a nice shiny badge?
I always thought it would be fun to have a sea monster not Lusca but some reptilian giant crab horror attack PO but, St Mart works.

Besides being invaluable to this game, the help he provided, and the guides that he created.
He was a good person.
It makes my blood boil that he is gone and won't be a part of everyone's lives.
I only teamed with him once back on live and thats what got me interested in his guides, you remember people like him because, he was who he was and those kind of people shine bright.
Rest in peace and I hope justice is served from this tragic loss.

I'll say it again since my post got punt kicked off the field by Taco.(the important part not the rant btw)
If you had a team of Captain America, Deadshot, Doctor Light, Baron Zemo, Wizard, Green Arrow, etc you would need 50 of these type heroes/villains to take on a powerful entity.
BUT, if you have Superman, Hulk, Juggernaut, Shazam, etc on a team then obviously they wouldn't need 50 heroes/villains.
The above set is casual players, door sitting farm kids, weekend peeps, etc sprinkled with some hard-core peeps to lead them.
The second set is your game mechanic knowing, min max, 1 bil build, can tell you everything about anything number crunching knowledge monster.
On live I was a casual player, now I am on almost daily, haunt these forums daily, etc.
On live I couldn't solo anything and needed my VG for help ie inf, builds, enh etc, now I solo GMs, run duo or tri team TFs, farm inf, etc.
Knowledge is the key, I do not expect everyone to play like I do nor do I want them to.
I take it as a source of pride for ME that I can do the things I do, because, I worked hard to do it.
Let people play how they want, if you don't like it then that's on you and not a group of volunteers who are nice enough to do what they do for a bunch of strangers.
If you don't like that answer then go make your own server and tinker around till you get the nerf or challenge that you desire, just don't expect everyone to follow.

I base most of my observations from comic books.
Example, it would take 50 heroes/villains like Captain America, Daredevil, Starfire, Cyborg, Wizard, Doctor Light, etc to take on Hami.
But, if you have a team made up of Superman, Hulk, Juggernaut, Martian Manhunter, etc then yeah Hami is going to get whipped.
Same thing for the game the average alt overloaded player who doesn't spend 500 mil to 1 bil inf on a tricked out proc laden min/max build isn't going to be on that team. Especially if they door sit on farms, play casual, only on weekends, etc. Because, they are not like the upper echelon players on this forum who can run numbers, prattle off any knowledge, and just generally know things the average player has no idea about.
When it becomes commonplace that anyone can do it, then balance will be needed.
So far the cautious balanced nature that the HC team direction seems to be taking is fine.

Instead of having 4 teams/groups start at each banner, have it open so you don't have to rely on more people.
Example banner event started I was on a team of 3, and could get no interest in anyone doing event.
We tried on redside and then went blue and no one responded on channels. Make it so it is like a TF, if a person wants to solo then should be able to.
Very hard to get badges and do event when we can get no traction especially on redside.

I think the lower area is just wasted space now, there should be a zone event like invade it and defeat so many longbow including the commander that is now stationed there. Off topic but something mentioned previously about statues and how the Rogue Isles has no Atlas Park area, no place to gather, RP, or hold costume contests.
I always thought there should be more statues of Recluse and his lieutenants all over the Rogue Isles, with each lieutenant having an island that would be theirs.
Shark would be Captain Mako, Mercy would be GW, Gville is Recluse, PO could be Scorp, Nerva could be Scirroco, Aeon would be Cap, and St. Mart could be a tourist trap for the RI and Paragon.
I do know there is a statue of Recluse holding the world with his arms thats in a mission.
Why couldn't that be put somewhere? Maybe in front of the Arachnos building in PO?
I've noticed that red side population seems to be gathering some traction at least on Everlasting.

No...I don't want to go to a specific server to pvp. If I'm on Everlasting and want to pop into Warburg to get some nukes and maybe fight other players then that should be mine and others options.
There shouldn't be a specific server to do this.
Also, I'd rather do base raids than make some crazy cool base, so there should be an option for that.

I wholeheartedly agree, absolute power absolutely corrupts. Thats why I cannot play a hero in CoX, there is no way with powers that I would be a "good guy", straight villain quite possibly because I would be the one that executed pedophiles, dictators, terrorists, etc.
I think that's why I like the Watchmen (original), because, Rorschach tried to be good but, all the misery and absolute evil turned him. While he wasn't evil per se he did kill people so by societies standards he was a bad guy.
The Boys on the other hand we find out is mostly every "hero" is a villain and the true heroes are morally ambiguous at best.
This to me is what comics should be, a more realistic approach is needed because frankly most comics are flights of fantasy, which I understand.
But, you cannot have morally superior Superman as a role model because its inconceivable, a good example is that alot of people sympathized with Joaquin take on the Joker, because it was relatable, the same cannot be said of Superman.
