I rolled another toon a psn/dk fender instead of the other build you gave me advice on.

Currently at 7 had sort of an idea on what I was going to do, but, now its refined. 

You answered alot of questions I had and while I won't be following your path, you gave me my idea on my final build.

I used to do base raids and zone pvp back on live.

I quit shortly after Incarnate stuff came out.

How much has changed since then?

Def/Res? Mez? Etc?

I always put my salvage that I sell at 1 inf, regardless of type.

I dual box, I set up my rig, start a lil AFK farming and pl some concept that I have on my mind.

This has led to some really good builds that I thoroughly enjoy.

I don't pl them past 38, I do want to enjoy them I just cannot stand low lvl content and I think when you start getting to that area from 40-50/Incarnate is a great time.

Some builds I have stopped in the 20's and I am leveling that way, just because they are a fantastic team build and I want to enjoy it.

My buddy got me turned on to it, he had one a ele/cd that he used to solo all AV/GM. I always liked rad more so I took it.

Crabs while very resilient are handicapped by long rech on pets, and dmg is just meh.

Bane dmg meh maybe more toxic dmg might do it, they are spiders after all.

Recharge, low dmg, pets are too squishy.

[Necro/Storm Questions]

So I've built one, any slotting advice on the pets looking at Lich specifically. 

I know Necro is low AOE, so that's why I took Storm to balance plus its part of the concept for the toon.

I've never played either set, so help on slotting pets, powers that I must or should take, etc.

Any advice is of course highly appreciated and I will send a very valuable "no-prize" your way, disinfected of course.

Most Primaries really with EM. I like AR/EM myself. With Flamethrower and Buckshot at 75 range and most everything else 150+, it's pretty fun and barely in any danger. The damage typing isn't great, Dark with a heal and hold or Fire with ++DPS probably does everything better, but I like it. I reach 30 ranged DEF easily from IOs and pop a purple and barely get hit and the S/L resist helps when I do, so I prefer Resist type like Fire Shield, but not every build can I suppose.

if we're primarily trying to make the snipe hit hardest, then you'll want 22% ToHit at all times. you can get there via Kismet + Tactics (boosted via +5, or some of the time via PowerBU) ...or you could go with a 2ndary that already has more than enough added ToHit (like Devices, which also has the "concealment" you're after), which would allow focusing on other bonuses. like Def... which i know Scrop.Shield is the easy go-to, but i much prefer trying to take a Res power like Charged, which covers the most common dmg types (SLE). it'll stack with Tough, which you'll have anyway, and you can go Rune & Melee Core to cap S/L with status protection. Mystic Flight also gives you that easy-out if somethin nasty is in your face. then you can chase bonuses to build the Def up easily enough for just Ranged... maybe even all 3 if ya try.

^^^not the most common or easy way to build, but it's good times.

This is why I ask these questions, specifically for out of the box different perspective advice.

I'll build something on Mids to see the numbers.

What sets would make a hard hitting sniper build? Obviously EM as the secondary.

This will be more of a concealment type, focused on def especially ranged.

Was thinking Mace for Scorpion Shield instead of Cold Mastery.

Any thoughts from the snipers out there?

Playing Fallout 4, waiting on the Wastelanders expansion from FO76, yeah, yeah. I know but I like the game regardless of all its bs.

By level 50 blueside you're now The Guy.   By level 50 redside you're still Rocksteady and Bebop.  That's a problem.

At the end of the patron arcs you're defeating Recluse, showing him his head, and him treating you as an equal to go forth and be your own villain.

If you follow the Arachnos path this is like the rise of an apprentice to become the master.

Alot of other ones are do this, rob them, kill that group.

I have my favorites, Willy Wheeler being manipulated by Ace is funny, and my favorites are the villains tip missions now you have a choice.

Although I wish when robbing a bank you got a large inf bonus, so many details can go into it to make the Villains side seem like a true villain.

The Matthew Burke contact could have set a more independent villain line for more a recruitment for a super villain counter group to Arachnos.

So many possibilities, if I knew how to do AE better I'd create a whole world lol.

Example alternate Captain America from a magic world, born natural he is considered "invisible " not affected by magic and hence a powerful villain. Only those with magic no matter how depraved or evil are considered good while the invisible are inherently evil.

Been fighting this for an hour, found out I had an update to the pc that wasn't going through.

Reset pc and it updated, I'm now in game.
