There may be more going on but the first culprit is the knives of vengeance radial pet. It uses a buff that gives 8 teleport protection. Incandesence is a 3.1 magnitude teleport so people that were hit by the lore pet buff will resist the incan teleport.
As you said there may be more going on then just this, but the majority of the time its the knives radial doing it.

Each % bonus for hp and end are calulated separately from the characters unenhanced value and then added together. So every endurance bonus is multiplied by the 100 endurance that you started with.
Atlas medallion 100 * .05 = 5
Portal Jockey 100 * .05 = 5
Total endurance 100 + 5 + 5 = 110
Add the % bonuses together then multiply by the unenhanced value. Dont multiply by the bonuses sequentially.

Grab the badge, lock team for a solo que for ITF and you are there. Its even faster then going to a super base to portal over. Ive dropped team once after saying im using lfg to port over, invite me back in a sec.

I had thought about trying to do all (most) of the missions before finding out about some of the bugs. Ended up turning xp back on and giving up for that character. Someone made a guide that i'll have to follow if i try again.

Why they are different is probably because if a typo somewhere. The one in the combat attributes is the one i would trust for the actual value to the character. Which one its supposed to be i have no idea though.

I switch the window to advanced mode and then drag some of those buttons to my bar. I usually play whack a mole at that point but those power slots are bound to the extra buttons on my mouse so i sometimes command my pets with them.

You generally get very opposed views on these types of topics. Im not for or against it but im fairly certain it wont happen. All of the 'higher' currencies can convert into 'lower' currencies but not the other way around.
Those who dont like running itrials and raids will tend to agree while those who feel trials will 'die' if you can get emps for influence will disagree.
I can say with a fair degree of certainty that if a hard to get item suddenly became available from an easy to get item that the easy to get item would have its value significantly changed and the entire economy would change with it. Some digging should reveal a post from a team member stating that they arent making changes that will significantly effect the economy.

With no spaces in the name woman would fit. Just keep each word capitalized and people will be able to easily read it. Your preference of course for removing spaces to fit more words. There should be room for 1 space - StreetFighting Woman is 20 characters.

I havent ran into this problem yet. But my group of friends probably has alot to do with that now. Most of them dont want to play massively single-player so there tends to be a few people willing to join any team.

Like how Final Fantasy X on PS2 has over 32 million random seeds to determine encounters, hit rolls and drops. The FFX HD remake had a change that left the game with only 256 random seeds. So random number generators can be very poor sometimes.
