Of course city of heroes 2 would have more crime. Can you imagine a game where you create a hero and then walk the peaceful streets all day hoping a cat will get stuck in a tree just to break the silence and boredom?

At best id call it working as designed but not as intended. I doubt they meant for a power to be automatically useless because of an inherent ability.

Farming was always part of the game. There just wasnt a central location to point the finger at. I mostly dont farm but i occasionally hit up a farm in AE. My only suggestion if your chat is too cluttered is to move some channels to another tab or consider a lower population server.

Many temp powers are pulled straight from powersets. I dont see why a set cant be made from temps. None of them are overpowered and could be tuned if they were. This is also similar to the powerset recycling and i dont recall it having such a cold reception.

All of my characters are sub optimal and i bring to the team getting bugged in the stunned state on a keyes avoid the green stuff run. I could still use my powers but i was stuck at disoriented speed. Good times when im the tank =D

Your math would be correct if the power had 0% recharge. But since the power takes 180 seconds to recharge on an ability with a recharge of 180 seconds you get 180÷180=1. In other words, the power has 100% recharge to begin with 100%=1.
So you arent going from 0% to 35% recharge, you are going from 100% to 135% recharge and then i would refer you back to @Luminara's post where the math is correct. Otherwise hasten (70%) and a single SO should put you over 100% recharge and the abilities would never recharge and always be ready to use.

I was suprised when i logged in on the laptop and my macros were there. Ive heard that even when you delete them, they are still stored server side and show back up when u respec. But i cant verify that since i hate having to respec and only have macros on a few characters.

I believe the game checks your badges every 8ish seconds and rewards you accordingly. If you arent missing a badge then it should be in your power list.

It remembers your detail selections when you click back. I dont want everything getting changed as i click back and forth through the different options.

I read the title and clicked in fully expecting to disagree thinking this was just a 'i want to use everything at lvl 1' and thats not what happened.
Im ok with this as long as its something you have to enable so players who dont want it wont accidently slot something when it cant be used. And maybe light up the slots yellow instead of green for people that have enabled it.

Anyone that needs settings changed for a new character needs to save settings on a character that is set up and load them on new characters.

I was going to mention the tribute characters around the city but i was only aware of 2. Ill have to pay them a visit.

So I meant to make this suggestion some time ago and include a mock up with a supergroup base. But it turns out im horrible at making bases so the text version will hopefully be sufficient.
After Echo Plaza was introduced I saw all that space and felt it was perfect to have a Hall of Honor / Hall of Remembrance. Built in the style of Echo Plaza, and having pedestals for fallen members of the community.
When I first discovered that City of heroes was back and got an account set up was just a few days before we lost GM Cyclone / Robotech Master. I saw in chat that there was a memorial in Ouroboros but at the time I didnt know what that was. I did manage to make it to Ouro before the memorial ended and held a torch for GM Cyclone. I didnt realize having hasten on auto was dropping my torch and ended up re using the emote about 15 times.
Having a permanent version of this memorial with a character model and plaque for fallen team members with a portion of the hall for temporary memorials I feel would be a fitting way to honor their memory.
I intended to have this suggestion made in time for hopeful implementation by the 1 year anniversary of the loss of GM Cyclone. I dropped the ball on that one but I did manage to make a SG base that was a large grass field.
I hope we can see this implemented and again my apologies for not being able to build something and take a few screenshots.

And the build time was reduced to 5 minutes from 10 in order to reduce the victory time from 20 minutes down to 10.
I do look forward to the reworked event. It was easier for me to fill kings row with 20 people then it is to get there in less then 5 minutes. Im usually in the middle of something else when it kicks off.

Id just end up going 20% over on an easy to resist damage type to 'convert' it into 20% resist on something my tank is lacking.

For the council at least, i have a hard time believing that any of them have intelligence. When i run into a lvl 26 robot being the boss of a lvl 42 mission i start to question their command decisions.

Farming generates inf that is then used by the economy. Marketeering doesnt generate inf, it just transfers existing inf around and actually removes inf from the economy when fees are included.
Both are probably needed to keep the market stable-ish. When inflation occurs, prices go up and fees remove some inf from the game which reduces inflation. Its not perfect and never will be, but prices from a year ago are essentially the same as they are now.

I dont roleplay, i dont plan to roleplay, but i still support this suggestion. Perhaps that last channel thats useless (that global one) can be repurposed into this.

No vine counter on villain respec

Interesting because ive seen people say they have no vine counter but ive never not had the vine counter. I dont know if its an ingame setting or computer spec or something else entirely, but there is something that either fixes or breaks it.
