  1. Fire/Kin - Fubar Fire/Cold - RAW Ice/Cold - Voltak I had t4 Alpha T4 Destiny (Barrier) T3 Lore No other incarnates. Our very FIRST attempt at doing a TRIO. This is using NO VOICE communications (huge difference). We feel we have lots of room for improvement. I died twice in Part 3 as well. We had a lot of fun.
  2. TOP tier dmg Dark assault and lots of utility , the melee and the range all hit hard. Fire dmg zero utility Energy (Stuns and Knocks) Honor mention Psi assault strong dmg and utility Earth assault strong dmg fast casting hold. that hits like a nuke and a power boost)

  4. But there is a difference here. 54 x8 , no insps , no deaths, no temps, no p2ws, that's what I am interested in. Agreed on the possibility of controllers needing less skill to kill lvl 54 AVs solo
  5. Can't make an absolute statement like that. Also what is meant by easier? It also depends on the AV you are talking about and under what circumstances. But a blanket statement that Controllers can solo AVs at lvl 54 than Dominators can, no way. Also... I am curious you know people who have solo'd what with a Mind/Psi and Mind/Energy ? Everything said above is said in good faith, nothing negative.

  7. DW has more bonuses that are useful than Panacea Most of Panaceas bonuses are good only in PVP.

  11. The main utility of the Empathy Defender in ITF 4 Stars (and even in AEON) 1. Provide Defense shields to the Colds and the Force Fields who cannot provide themselves with defense shields. The empathy defender can provide them even better shields than the ones they provide to the team because the Empathy defender can Power Boost every single one of the shields (with enough recharge). Add the 12% or so Defense buff from Hybrid Support and that's a total of about 49% defense buff just from the Empathy Defender. Hybrid Support also boosts your heals. 2. When facing lone hard targets and the kinetics cannot max the dmg buff to the team, the Empathy defender is providing 31% dmg boost to the team with fortitude, with enough recharge you can cast this to 7 others but not all with PB. 3. Even when 3 or 4 Cold shields and barriers on the team, dmg will still get through and hit some or all team members. In those cases the Regeneration Auras along with your healing aura -- boosted by Incandescence, Hybrid Support, and Spiritual Core -- will be a vast dmg mitigation to the team. Your heals will become insanely strong. This build has Range defenses soft cap, and that helps in case you ever miss some of the shields casted.   12. Once ITF 4 Star rolled in and I started to do more 801s at higher difficulty levels, Voltaic Sentinel had to go I could not fit that in my build any longer. That's why the build I posted does not have the sentinel from Elec Blast
  13. Not only my defender for HM 4 star (using elec blast) But also my ELec Blast /Dark Miasma Corruptor , who also played in HM 4 stars. The drains Is serious business and even if the Cimerorans have higher energy resists than other dmg types, the fact that Shock deals additional dmg compensates for that.
  14. I am addressing the Devs here if they read this. If this is a concern to you at all, please keep in mind the following Still, the nukes are lesser dmg at lesser levels. The HPs enemies are higher at higher levels, but so is the dmg of the nuke. HPs are lower at lower levels, and so is the dmg. Not only that but enhancements ... well, you have even less slots at lower levels. Stalker AS, as some have mentioned, is a good example. It is designed to be AS typer power, but the lower level you go, the lower dmg you do. The higher lvl, the higher dmg. Less slots , less enhancements = also less dmg. Not only less dmg, but also longer recharge, so you use even less frequent. IF AS doing too much dmg was a real concern , it's best to remove it entirely. Since that won't be the case, I assume it's not going to be a concern. Players are going to be all right. 2. Exempting issue - the real problem are IOs and sets. Everything else is a by product. But again, who you team with is your choice. So, decide accordingly. So, from me as a player, this is fine. Kudos .

  16. Since you are still in Widow level, your best bet is looking over the Widow threads over there. Widows are in their own right a very powerful breed.

HM 4 Stars ITF runs is very dependent on team buffs. This should be a given. Everyone depends on the team on 4 Stars, especially good speed runs. I am not stating what my max on fort is. I am stating that if we have 3 colds or 4 colds, I should have enough recharge to provide them with defense shields that they are not getting because they are incapable of buffing themselves The goal is for everyone to have, at least, the same number of defense shields. I should have enough recharge to make them all PB'd Fort. There are exceptions, and I stated those in the previous post. I hope that clears a bit. You assume wrong that the downside is no personal defense. I have defenses. The way I built my toon, I have enough in the build. I certainly did not neglect defense in my build. In my build, I am over the soft cap (regular content soft cap) You don't have to disregard your defenses.
  18. Correct, the power is now called "Evasive Maneuvers". Yes , the proc works , it works for the pet, not for you. The proc was made for pets. Also, the BU proc in LS is exactly for me, and that's how I want it. The BU presents a dmg buff to you. I see the dmg from Tornado increase after I placed the proc. TOrnado is a weird pet, a pseudo pet. It won't behave like Flytrap. I think your other procs are cancelling.

  20. I did mention support classes and I will echo what you said. There are some great support sets that can be used to solo easily but, most importantly as asked for the OP, can kill from range. I have shared many builds on such previously and provided videos I will say again, OP should embrace all of this, make ample use of his slots and play and learn and experiment because what is "best" depends on the driver much more than the vehicle.
