    Much as I thought about bringing my Bots MM, I think I'll do better with Cryomania - Ice / Ice Blaster (in a bot-adjacent costume with Warworks Lore pets). Clocks haven't switched yet in the US; that happens tomorrow (Sunday) morning. I haven't been on a ton lately, but I managed to get the new Halloween badges on a few characters early in the month. I might be spotty the rest of the year, since I'll be working rotating shifts for about the next 4-5 weeks, and then I'll be changing jobs and moving during the holiday season.

    Ok, thanks. That's probably what it is. I had to do roundabout conversions to 'by rarity' and then get what I wanted.

    When converting IOs, those from the Air Burst set will not allow the set category (Ranged AoE) to be selected, only in-set or by rarity. The only option in the drop-down menu (for out-of-set) is by rarity.

    This is how I did it with my Mind Controller--stealth and liberal use of Confuse. I'm not concerned that the Church of +4/x8 hits an occasional wall. Sometimes when you're solo, you're not worth eight people. 😎

    That's the joke. The entry caption indicates it looks like just a fresh coat of paint, just like all Council bases look the same. 🙂 Seriously, though, if I can spend two hours on Synapse, an hour on Citadel (we did it in 61 minutes yesterday) doesn't concern me that much. We were more concerned with the missions in Talos being in those far NW/SW corners in a surprisingly-large zone. But not everything needs to be streamlined.

    I think that's one of those market history glitches. Iron Will hasn't been around since the old days on Live, but since some were still out there when AH was developed they coded an entry for it. But they've never existed in HC, and I think I'd heard of people storing inf in bids for such non-existent objects because they can't possibly sell. I imagine some people would be enraged if the devs suddenly seeded those. 🙂

    Heh, not that I miss it, but I was thinking just this morning that when I started CoH there wasn't a tram station at all in Founder's Falls. You had to come in through Talos Island or Pocket D. (And Pocket D was added just before I started playing.) I remember coming in from Talos and street sweeping to level up enough to unlock the next set of contacts.

    I'm a 'maybe' for Apex, since I'm on call this Saturday. I'll pick AT/RGB closer to game time so as not to claim a double-skittle for 50/50.

    For reference, Crimson's page on the Unofficial HC Wiki. Crimson has a story arc (World Wide Red) and several missions that aren't part of that arc. When you talk to him, he randomly gives either a standalone mission or the first mission of his arc. (I think this is the way with most contacts, except some contacts either have only the arc or have missions flagged for a particular order.) Also, the Wiki lists the arc as level 49-50, one of his missions as 46-50, and the contact as 45-50. If you're 45-48 he won't give the arc but he will give other missions.
