Why not add Echoes of all zones, but have them at be level 50. Keep the base game as is, but allow end game content to starting zones and such. Instead of Echoes they could be named Glimpses or Precogs. You would be sidekick'ed/lacky'ed when you zone. I'm 100% against an IWIN instant level 50 button though.

Have you ever gone into family members house and seen a picture frame that was slightly crooked? It's their place and really up to them if the frame is crooked or not. Now imagine that family member is gone and you enter their dusty house full of cobwebs and memories, and see that crooked picture. You reach out a hand and straighten it, in doing so you bring order to chaos and bring signs of life back into a vacant property. I believe the devs are simply fixing what they view as broken, clearing out the debris and rolling out the welcome mat by showing that the owners are gone, but there is warmth once again in the memories that filled these halls.

I think IOs solved the wrong enhancement drop issue pretty well. First thing that came to mind is Origin resonance on power pools. Make it so every power pool has corresponding Origin. Now what does the resonance do? Can't buff or add any discount, because that would ruin balance in game and cause a whole slue of problems. Maybe a 0.1% chance for an Origin Insight; Double damage, immediate recharge, ect. With a large font displaying ORGIN EFFECT JUST HAPPENED, or something of that nature. Alas, I view Homecoming as complete, if the server was left in indefinite maintenance, I'd be happy to just relive memories of playing with my friends on Live. The fact that there is a volunteer Dev team that is actively working on making Homecoming Unique, is simply amazing.

Thugs/Storm here, I've seen this happen a few times. I only have the attack command on my tool bar, and occasionally my thugs will not target nearby enemies. I think it has to do with a set of conditions where I don't have any aggro, and they have not been directly attacked, so their defensive triggers don't engage. Quick fix is target a mob and hit attack again.

I'd suggest looking at Costco, over the past 3 years I've purchased 4 mid-low range laptops from them for under $800 each. The covid quarantine really highlighted to our family how old everyone's computers were. Everyone had my hand me down laptops and desktop computers, the oldest of which was the laptop I originally played CoH and WoW on when they released. Hello, I too am new-ish and having amassed several hundred million influence using beginners guides, I am wondering how people get the big bucks, billions. Is it just fire-farm for 100m per/hour for 10 hours, or is there something less "brute" oriented as I am a humble dominator of plants and all things ninja star. I've sunk a few hundred millions into Winter packs, and the chance at getting two temp powers instead of two 22m enhancements is just high enough to make it net loss. I guess there is the nightly Hami raid I could join in and sell HOs, but the timing does not align to my hours of operation.
