You're right. I just tested it and the debuff isn't aoe. Dangit... I had slotted it for to hit debuff I'll have to change that... Thanks! -
I just noticed that enemy chance to hit me is not changed in the combat log after using an ability that is supposed to lower their to hit. What gives? SS included. Thanks for the help.

A bit of a necro here, but I found this discussion helpful, so maybe others will too. The above bind works great for my needs, except sometimes it seems to try to follow the body of the guy I just arrested before it targets the next enemy. So I'm thinking today if I can play I'll try switching the order to target near then follow. I might have to tinker with it to get it to run right, we'll see.
