  1. But why? Wouldn’t people start annoying you for your card? Isnt this something that could be profited off of in the future?
  2. Just so you know….. Its all @Super Atom fault! We tried to tell him you never said that, but he was like “shut up! Cobalt is the true villain of the game!!!!”
  3. sorry, guess I misunderstood this part.
  4. But that is the process Make requests here on the forums, of changes you’d like to see happen. Sometimes they get implemented, a lot of times they don’t. If you just look through the sheer volume of requests, hopefully you will understand why they can’t all be made.
  5. Wouldn’t surprise me at all ”hey, I came up with this great action set piece. Do you think you could write a movie around it?” Actually reminds me of the first Friday The 13th movie. The producer (Sean Cunningham) tells a ridiculous story where he had a title, poster and tagline (that he actually ran in newspapers) and said that if he just had a movie to go with it, he knew that he would make money.
  6. That’s exactly what it is. We are playing on THEIR version of the game.
  7. Sometimes directors do it just for the paycheck, or to fulfill a contractual obligation. Other times, they may have just gotten lucky in the past.
  8. You probably need to contact one of the mods
  9. So, adding in something for every person that ever played/plays that passes away, won’t also become just a blur?
  10. The idea for a new universe is to allow new stories to be told without being forced to work around what has already been established. The main thing being - if all these heroes already exist, where are they when the next big crisis comes along? If you simply stated from the outset - this is a different universe, they wouldn’t have to come up with explanations like where were the XMen or FF4 while Thanos was running wild? It would also allow a crossover down the line, if need be. Anyways, that’s just what I would have done - which means nothing in the grand scheme of things 🙂
  11. I love the idea of a memorial, and absolutely hate the idea of adding names. A memorial is not supposed to be a popularity contest, which is absolutely what it would have to be in order to decide the names associated.
  12. Look bud. If you just go see it, we “promise” Spider-Man will be in the next one. You can trust us!
  13. Lol Now the director is promising that if you go see this movie, and it makes enough money for a sequel, it will be Kraven Last Hunt - Kraven vs Spiderman 🤣🤣🤣
  14. They were just examples. Point is, IMO they should have started building towards something NOT Avengers related. Endgame was the perfect wrap up for the team and the story. Now they just want to milk it, and instead have started losing money. So do they change course now? No. Instead they think bringing back the actors will fix everything. I keep going back to Alpha Flight. It has a history. It has marketable characters that can easily translate to toys. Plus it has that XMen connection that they could eventually play off of. Think about where we could be right now if they had started establishing AF. With XMen around the corner, the big event could have been a VS or crossover movie.
  15. My point is that they hadn’t started building them until now - 5 years after Endgame, and they are still trying to shoehorn them into the Avengers universe. They apparently don’t know from year to year if they can use Spidey, so that probably wouldn’t have been a smart move.
  16. This is why I think the answer is a clean start. Forget about everything that’s been done. Start over building a whole new world…..just don’t build it with The Avengers
  17. That’s part of the issue. It appears as if they were going Young Avengers route, but that seems to be scrubbed. Word is the post credit scene in the new Cap movie is…. As for new teams. They could have started building XMen, Alpha Flight, Fantastic Four….any team. Instead they seem to have floundered around aimlessly, throwing things at the wall to see what stuck. Here we are 5 years later, and nothing has stuck.
  18. Adding spoiler tags because….,I don’t even know why
  19. Diantane wrote him a guide
  20. Things are looking up! Time for Sony to start spending money to green light the sequel!
  21. Lolol Rotten Tomatoes score is 12% Sony has found a way for us to stop laughing at Madam Web
  22. Think I’ve even said it on these forums before IMO, Endgame should have been it. They should have wiped the slate clean, and started in a whole new direction building one of the various other teams out there. They should have spent time advertising to “forget everything you’ve known and seen. This is a whole new universe”. All the while never mentioning anything or anyone we’d seen leading up to Endgame. This would have let them start something new from the very beginning, without worrying how it would fit into the lore already established by the MCU.
  23. We essentially are getting old man Doom. Which means he won’t be that “ultimate” villain that causes all kinds of problems over the next 10 years. He’ll probably end up neutered and thrown away fairly quickly like Ultron. IMO the whole thing just stinks. I can’t help but feel like the ride is over, and we are not too far away from being at the point of being lucky if we get some low budget mess like we used to get in the 80s.
