Good turnout on Everlasting tonight. Three missions teams. Thanks for taking leads Pep and Inday. We first visited the Winter Lords Realm (actually, we first spawned a WL and melted him), then went on to MJ missions. Lots of leveling and herding to be had. We also had some new faces, so welcome all who are first timers to TT as well as returning vet Tankers. 12/26 we're on Indom, due to the holiday the meeting will be "informal". Hi all, I'm working on my Invuln/Rad and realized, I'm not that versed in Invuln since the changes. Anyone got a good build for Invuln/Rad and advise for how to build? Also, what Alpha? I'm leaning towards Musculature, but am open to others. Thanks

I'm up for almost anything. We've already done the all Shield Defense (ITFs, not sure we've actually run a leveling up group), and on live I've participated in all "Burn" teams, they're very fun. So, I could go with an all Fiery Aura theme. I'm okay if you want to run different secondary sets.

Fun run on Reunion today. We had six Tanks and were able to get in both Citadel and Manti TFs. We also had three Palis trying to get in on the event. We treated them to our usual Tanker hospitality. Welcome to the new players, always nice to have new faces at the event. We just finished our last round of "new" Tanks on Reunion and are looking to start another group. This time we're thinking of a themed sets. So far we have Ice/Axe, Dark/Fire (or Fire/Dark), Rad/SS and Stone/MA. Let me know what you think or if you have another interesting set combo to try. We'll be back on Reunion on Jan 20th. Not sure if we'll run the new Tanks then or if we'll wait for Feb to make sure this current group has the TFC badge. See ya' soon!

Hey Kabal, Welcome back, always good to have another vet TTer joining the ranks. Tanker Tuesday and Tanker Tuesday Tour Info: All events start at 6pm PT/9pm ET except for the Reunion events. We always meet in King's Row by the IP gate to get things going (regardless of server or event taking place). 1st Tuesday-Excelsior 2nd Tuesday-Torchbearer 3rd Tuesday- Everlasting 4th Tuesday- Indomitable Special weekend run for Reunion/Europe (3rd Saturday of the month), start at 9:30am PT.

Pretty amazing night tonight on Excel. I think we had over 56 Tanks attend the event. Thanks everyone for turning out for the event, and thanks to all for hanging in there while we got things rolling. I wasn't able to recall all the leaders tonight, but I'd like to thank them all for taking the lead for their teams/TFs. We finally got the WL Realm going and had a few lessons learned. The discussion about the amount of KB needed on Tanks that don't have it as part of their power sets has gone on for a while. I've found that 10 is the minimum I'll use on any Tank, with 8 being a "leveling build" amount to start with. It's true that not every enemy group provides KB... BUT, the ones that do will knock you around quite a bit. Tsoo, Nemesis, Carnies, and BP just to name a few. If you plan on skipping those arcs/encounters, or you're running solo and choose the content you want to run, then do what feels right. I used to use Hami raids as a example for needing 12+, but with all the variations to that raid now, you won't need it unless you're taunting the big purple egg itself, or have to provide aggro control for a couple of Yellow Mitos. Also if you're leveling against smaller mobs you won't have the repetition of enemies that can KB, so smaller mobs = "less" KB. Outside of that, I'd say 10 is still the magic number for me. Ymmv. There's nothing more embarrassing for a Tank than "Death by KB".

My SD/Rad made it to level 51 and unlocked his Alpha tonight, so good night for me. Fun run today on Reunion. There were six of us to start and soon dropped to four. Although four, we were mighty. We did the Hess unlock, then ran the TF. We had two Palis stop by and try to join, but recycled them in short order. We'll be back here on 12/16.

Thank you for suggesting TT, I should have given you props for it as well. It's always good to see other players recognizing events for the fun and benefits they provide.

This and I didn't even have to make a shameless plug. PLV did it.

I just wanted to add that DA has one of the best (if the best) self heal in the game. Granted you need to make sure it hits, but even so, it's still awesome, and it adds an additional layer of mitigation after that damage that get through your Defenses (if built for), and Resists.

Good fun on Excel tonight. We had an amazing turn out. I think we had five teams running (this gives me high hopes for the Hami in January). For what it's worth, my Rad/SS is on Everlasting, so we could plan for an all Rad/SS on one of our stops there.

Good fun on Indom tonight. Fourteen Tanks vs a whole zone of Rikti.... The Tanks won! Everyone wants to get in on TT. We had three Paladins and Eo try to join the event. Tanks vs Dropship... The Big Red one 11/7 we're back on Excel. Remember we'll be "falling back" on the 5th so don't forget to reset your clocks!

Probably not. We'll see who all we get. We can probably pull it off with around 14ish Tanks. I don't recall number, but we've had low turn out MSRs and pulled them off.
