Can we also get more underwear options for Males and Huge bodytypes? Females get like 4 choices of bikinis, and males only get the "Bare" option, which are like boxer briefs... can we get more Thong and Speedo options for Males? And can we proliferate many of the female options to the male (and Huge) body types as well?

But this applies to Dominators as well... and plus with no pet for this set (and thus Containment's pet controls don't even apply), I'm still not clear as to why one would choose to play Mind on a Controller vs a Dominator. With Domination up always or nearly perma, you can one-shot AoE Deep Sleep everything with Mass Hypnosis, including bosses with the added magnitude... not to mention all the adaptive recharge also affecting Total Domination and Mass Confuse, which, with Domination up, is so much more powerful. Mind still seems like the set that's best used by a Dominator rather than a Controller, but I'm open to arguments for the opposite.

Agreed, the Phasing needs to be removed from this power. Keep the trawl effect, and maybe also root and ground flying enemies, as well as massively slow them. Those effects make more sense for a Black Hole/gravity well that's basically crippling enemies' mobility, rather than phasing them.

I'd say Plant is probably still the overall strongest Control set, followed by the new Arsenal, and then maybe Gravity or Illusion in third place.

I'm noticing that the loincloths for the Sybil costumes (both versions) always flaps upwards and sticks up awkwardly when you move forward whilst Hovering. Is there any way to get the loincloth part to stick downwards and closer to the body when you Hover forwards?

Make Confuse a Mag 4 Confusion. Also, eliminate any XP penalties associated with confused creatures damaging or killing other enemies. And Reduce Mass Confuse's recharge down to 60 seconds like Seeds of Confusion. Oh and increase its base accuracy to at least 1.00x. That would solve a lot of issues with Mind Control.

So this Blast set lacks a nuke. Which sets it apart from all the other Blast sets. Something that people expecting to play a Blaster-type of set should be cognizant of for their builds. Overall, the set could definitely use some tweaks and buffs. Reducing the endurance costs and activation times of Storm Cell and making the lightning procs do way more damage would be a good start. Cat5 and Chain Lightning are so bad that they're practically skippable, except for the fact that they can be good mules for set bonuses. Travel time of Cloud Burst is almost as long as Psi Blast's... should be instantaneous like Hailstorm.

Doctored Wounds set provides more Recharge than Preventive Medicine. So I usually slot Regrowth with Preventive Medicine and Wild Bastion with Doctored Wounds.

I've said this in the Beta feedback thread - if they need to keep the lockouts for some reason, they really need to drastically increase the Focused/Split/Spread Lightning damage of Storm Cell. Focused Lightning strikes need to deal the same damage as the Snipe power. The Split lightning damage needs to deal as much as the T8 power at minimum. And the Spread lightning damage need to deal at least as much as the T2 power to all targets.

I decided against taking Jet Stream due to the repel, and since Storm Cell doesn't always follow you closely to ensure enemies are under its effects every time before you cast Jet Stream. Is Jet Stream worth it? My tray is busy/filled enough as it is... so I'm not how vital the cone AoE would be.

Did a bit more testing today and I absolutely agree with Puma. The clearing speed and DPS output of this blast set feels lacking. I think given the lockout seconds between Storm Cell's focused/spread/split Lightning, the damage on those lightning strikes need to be upped significantly - like the Focused lightning should do as much as the Snipe power's damage, the Split do as much as the Tier 8 attack's damage, and the Spread Lightning strike should do at least as much as the T2 attack's damage at minimum.

The full Sybil outfit would be nice to have as well. What about Sister Solaris's outfit and/or loincloth pieces? Either way, more costume options with loincloths is what I'm hoping for.

Not sure if this has been suggested or already considered previously, but one costume piece I'd like to see implemented are Loincloths - like the ones that the Sybils oracles and Sister Solaris wear, or the one Romulus Augustus has, as well as the Storm and Death Shamaness of Banished Pantheon for the more witch-like loincloths. Would like to see these options for both male, female, and monstrous body types.

Agree with the recommendations for a Singularity-like pull of enemies towards the center! Also, I did notice the Endurance cost of Storm Cell to be quite prohibitively high especially at lower levels. Would recommend halving the End cost at the very least. I've been testing out the latest patch on Pylons, and have also noticed getting wildly different results each time. The Lightning Aura Spread/Focused of Storm Cell seems to be set at base accuracy of 1.10x. Is that correct? The previous poster above was claiming the base accuracy of the Lightning procs to be 1.68x... so why do I see only 1.10x? C5's lightning procs are also at 1.10x, as the previous poster mentioned above.
