Unless there was a change after shutdown, the perf shifter proc will always be on in stamina and that will carry over when transformed. I think dwarf and Nova each have built in endurance recovery so install a perf shifter proc in each form also Fitness health only needa the procs for regen tissue, miracle and numina

Exactly. Any and all zone events, burning buildings, troll raves, rikti raid, zombie raid, Nemesis raid, giant monsters, arachnos flyer only spawn in one instance of a zone. So if there are three steel canyons at the time a fire starts, you need to check each one

Make sure you are in the correct zone as well, if there are multiple steel canyons the game doesn't specify which one when the alert goes out

Nope no av, lots of crey, rularuu and some circle of thorns. Also a lot of redundant and repetitive missions, different door, same map...... massive sense of deja vu No Av? That's awesome. Was considering soloing this but had no desire to get to te end only to find the big bad I could not kill.

Try imperious task force or Dr quarter field taskforce as it is the TF of the week and thus pays 244 merits. If you have four hours to spend on it of course

Use the giant monsters in peregrine island to get killed fast and rack up five bubbles of debt. Then work it off in missions or log out for a day or two and patrol of xp will burn off the debt and work the nadges

To get the badge that gives an arena gladiator that heals requires 400 pvp rep points. If you just plan to use and other in or out of the arena it will be a long haul to the badges. I think there is an incarnate destiny power that heals others that may slightly speed up the process. My main badger is a blaster but I have written off the heal badges as the last set to work on, if at all

A cursory search of the badge forum didn't show any old threads so I shall ask The i25 notes states it is available via coupon system. Is this still the case and what is the coupon system.? I checked the vip vendor in Atlas, with Luna and the auction house but saw nothing. Or is the badge not available at all?

It was Luna in ouroborus. She is still there but the anniversary badges are gone from her inventory until next year. Glad I prioritized the badges even though it took longer to io my badge too.

Honestly, it is basically an escape power of sorts, immobiilize most targets you blast with it then retreat, preferably into an ouroborus portal

Solo'd it the other night. 4 hours. L50 incarnate character, was brought down to L45 at launch so I still had my incarnate powers. Not all missions are kill all. Also the missions that state computers must be clicked at the same time have been altered so that they can be clicked one by one. No AV at the end.

All primary alts or mine recreated and slowly leveling up. Replica of my original alt is going to go the distance as it were by getting all the vet levels.

Been a long time since I ran this tf, I would only send badge hunters into it and only when it was the TF of the week. Anyway for those that have run it now: Is it the same amount of missions? Do any of them have glowies that need to be clicked at the same time? My weary memory thinks there were some but can't recall for sure.

Can't access my files but I had a bot storm back in the day. Stealth/maneuvers/hover/weave were slotted with lotg recharge boosters and lotg def/end to work towards defense cap. Storm as I recall had a mist or fog power to cloak you as well for defense cap of 45percent Six slot blood mandate into the pets as I recall Tactics six slotted with guassian for the set bonuses including defense Equip/upgrade pet powers of course. Rifle attack powers are optional and not all that required. Add 2 slots to tough and then install an anti kb proc and the two +3 defense procs Perf shifter +stamina proc into stamina

Back in the day, if those two are fighting each other for too long they will have damaged each other too much and that badge won't ding.

I have encountered veteran players, or at least they say they were as well as people new to the game and both ask questions as the vets have forgotten things and the new players do not know. Once upon a Time me, you, myself, and many others were new to the game and I bet many of us when new got pulled into the latest farm craze and out leveled many things. Ouroborus now fixed that as people can go back and be powered down to the correct level. I also remind the returning vets and newcomers of sites like paragonwiki and my pal's CoH YouTube channel fo their information needs. We cannot expect people to know everything right away be they new or returning. Also there was always a problem as it were back in the first era of CoH with power leveled players that didn't know the game

Fast or fastest are relative terms, one person's fast is another person's slow. Get to L22, use mids/pines hero builder to design a good L22 build with L25 inventions, see if you can get at or near defense cap and find your favorite mission or missionw and have fun. The more we play the more we thumb our nose at Ncsoft.

I just tell people on my dfb runs to have their XP boost running and that once you hit L15 to switch to drowning in blood. Doing this I can still get alts to L22 pretty fast, thus locking their name for a year if I don't get back to them as I work on other alts and at L22 the L25 inventions can be very..... delightful Is that a "wrong" way to play? Not at all, as there is no wrong way to play except if you are using a bug to exploit mass amounts of xp/inf. Remember all the problems Position had with AE when it first went live and all the patching and AE badge nerfing that happened? Or some of the other old exploits that have long since been fixed? DFB pales in comparison to to them. Just play DFB and the rest of CoH, and sit back and smile that the game is back.

Update: This is exactly what I needed to do, in case anyone else has the same problem I did. Have fun with his missions. One is defeat all, one is rescue and escort, one should be bosses plus glowies only, and the fifteen minutes one is a many level crey facility with a glowies to find that is usually on the last level. Suggest using your sg base empowerment station for some speed and stealth boosts. Not sure I understand the confused emoji feedback. Do you need more information?

Good to hear. Yeah the quality of that taskforce leaves a bit to be desired, but then so does Synapse. But it's also good to know as this trial is a few weeks away I think from being TF of the week.

Back in the first era of CoH this blue side trial was an eight person mandatory trial as there were eight glowies to be clicked at the same time. Has this been modified to something like, eight glowies NOT needing to be clicked at same time?
