  1. I'm going to reply to this. We DO investigate, we DO take action. We DO want to see tickets, ideally with screenshots or chat logs, as the incidents occur. Getting a ticket that says something's been happening 'for months' with no details to go on is difficult to impossible to investigate. Getting a ticket saying "This keeps happening to my friend" when the friend has never reported it is less useful. DO tell the harassing player clearly and out of character to stop, go away and leave you alone. Screenshot that. Send it to us. Give us the data we need to help you. Character names, global handles, whatever details you have will help us. It may not look like we're doing anything, but we are. The ticket system closes the tickets automatically after a certain amount of time. That doesn't mean we haven't taken action. Offending players get warned, accounts get suspended, usually for a short period at first. We have perma-banned players. Some come back with new accounts, and we play whack-a-mole. Note: We also gotten tickets showing harassment taking place on private Discords or via email. Those events are out of our scope of support and should be reported to the moderators/admins of those platforms. I don't want anyone to feel that reporting a problem isn't worth the effort.
  2. Either adding Dimensional Warder back to Null or applying the new script for the City Badge Tracker will require a patch, which means taking down all the shards. Tuesday is the earliest this could get done. The badge tracker is still working on the smaller shards, if you are really desperate to know which AV you've missed, you could transfer the character to Reunion or Indom, check, and transfer back. I'd advise waiting for Tuesday.
  3. Mission "Investigate Utopia Complex" by Erin West (KW) - is it WAI or a bug that there is nothing in the map window? Not even "Map not available"? aka "Reveal does NOTHING"

  6. I have just talked to someone in regular contact with him/his family. Hyper is safe, he is being cared for. That's all I can say as his family has requested privacy.

  8. The process is under way over on Vanguard, but I don't know when the next import will be run. In the meantime, you should be able to log in and create new characters, and say Hello to whoever is on. Welcome back!
  9. Map: Atlas Park Fall Map (Zone/Mission: City_01_01_Fall) Position: [-310.1 0.0 -371.0] Problem: "Fallen Leaves" decals are about 2 feet off the ground. This is only a problem on the "Fall" version of AP. Screenshots from the same position, just the camera angle has changed. Character is right up against the edge of the offending decal.

Zone/Mission: SewerNetworkEvent_Low Position: [-613.9 -611.3 -3020.9] DFB Mission, this is a point where mobs regularly get knocked into the wall and need GM assistance popping them back out. ----------------- Zone/Mission: V_Warehouse_60_Layout_11 Position: [184.9 6.0 43.1] - bomb spawned behind closed roll-up door that cannot be opened.
  11. The build currently on Brainstorm incorporates the fix. We just have to be patient a little longer, and it'll go live.
  12. Kitshicker, I have checked your Paragon account and it does not show that you have linked it to your homecoming account yet. You will need to go to https://forums.cohcb.com/account and click the button to link the two accounts before your Paragon characters can be queued for import to Vanguard. Please feel free to reach out to me directly, or to Mender Lithy on the Paragon forums.

  14. I see that your characters from Paragon server have successfully transferred to Vanguard. The alert messages are part of the testing for the name release system, and no characters will be deleted. The alert lets you know that your character might be at risk of losing their name if not logged in, and another player wants to use that name. The system is not live at this time, and you can remove those alerts simply by logging into the character.
  15. Did you ever play on the Paragon Server? Or on what was once called the "Super Secret Server" before Homecoming came out? If not, you don't have any Paragon account to link up. If you did, PM me with your global handle and I'll see if the Paragon GM team can find your account. Note that this does NOT apply to your pre-sunset Retail account, or any beta characters you may have had back in 2012 or before.
  16. Another solution puts it on the League leader to invite people to his team, and then move them to other teams as needed for balance. Combining that with instructions before the event starts for everyone to 'switch to team mode and make sure you're on a team' should catch problems before people begin earning VMerits or other rewards.
