  4. The features are functioning, it's just unintuitive in being only available at certain tailors rather than with all of them.
  5. Tequila downloads the files over HTTP from a very, very overloaded bunch of hosting services. It's recommended that you get the i24 files from one of the torrents and then apply a current version of Tequila on top of that.
  6. I'd say there is circumstantial evidence none of them but Leandro worked on the secret private server. Remember when Bree was nuked because some **** conned the server operator into believing there was an imminent nuke from NCSoft legal department? Nobody was able to start up Torchbearer without getting Leandro on call. I see enough inexperience, missteps and lack of preparation to tell me that the team behind Homecoming didn't come to this with much experience in operating a private server and had to plan on the go - not something we'd see if they had any experience and information from operating the secret server.

  8. You need to run the EXE and point it to the same directory you've installed COH to.
  9. Not to my knowledge. Homecoming uses SCORE's codebase, and Leandro (who headed what has been labeled SCORE) is part of the Homecoming team as a tech specialist. I am not aware of any other connections between the two.

  13. Remember that the loads aren't static during the day. Now, for example, there's only a 9% server load. It's probably a matter of balancing the hardware budget: the queueing is meant to keep things working when the servers are overloaded; if it never has to apply, then the servers are probably overkill for actual use.

  15. I'm not sure if the codebase Homecoming is working from is or is not identical to what OuroDev has in their repository. If it's not, then issues like you describe are to be expected.
  16. Check the fixes described for OpenGL issues with Win 10 / Intel HD. Sincce you're getting a crasl in OGL DLLs these might be useful for you too.

  18. You're not the only one asking about it. Personally, I like levelling my current main slowly to complete all story arcs I can without outleveling them, and some extra INF gain would be useful.
  19. The INF boost would have to be limited in some way so that it's not available at max level (or scales down the higher level you are), otherwise the economy would go into hyperinflation again. What if the boost decays by 2% of its' total value for every character level you gain, so that once you hit 50 there's no bonus INF to gain? To prevent a situation where players deliberately stop their toon at some "optimum" level and farm infinite INF from that level, the maximum Inf/XP tradeoff would have to be lower than +100/-100 as well.

  22. It hasn't been forbidden in any way, and to my knowledge it does work on COH.
