Soooooo much this for me. I have several characters with damage auras and I love putting the OF chance for KD enhancement in them. Yes, it's a form of mitigation. Yes, I keeps enemies from running out of the damage aura. Yes, it's funny as hell. 😁

Does the larger mounter pointer solve the "wandering pointer" problem? 'Cause I swear that thing is never where I left it. 😅

Seriously. 1. Let people play what they want. 2. More minions = more meat shields if you're a squishy. 3. Several MMs on a team (especially with Gang War) becomes such fun to watch. 4. Sometimes I think the people complaining about MMs are worried about being upstaged. I get that we're the "main character" for our character's universe, but the syndrome can get a bit sad.

From my experience, Excelsior is what others have said: a mixed bag (of nuts). I've been on a team that I'm just waiting for the mission/TF to end so I can run for the hills. I've also been on a team that started as a Posi 1, blinked and suddenly we've done Posi 1 & 2, Synapse and Yinn and we're only stopping because we've been playing for hours and significant others are starting to give hairy eyeballs at us. I do believe that for every rude, overbearing or elitist player there are hundreds that will have fun, help and be a delight to team with. Sometimes, you'll get a team that never speaks, but moves like a well oiled machine of vets. Sometimes you'll get a team that never speaks and is a slog to run with. 💩 happens. If someone doesn't want to team with the AT you're playing? Move on. There's another team probably broadcasting in LFG that would love to have you along.

Oooooh, in DA, you could add Ravagers to the spawns! Imagine one of those suckers popping out a door, especially an EB or AV version. Super random chance of the Sentinel of Mot popping out a door! I dig it.

Penelope Yinn goes from young teenager to young woman within what, 30ish levels of the game? If I remember correctly, it's hinted by the time we hit Faultline that our character has been active at least a year or so. Time does move forward, it's just that the original devs, as is custom in comic books in general, were terrible at keeping a coherent timeline.

Echo Galaxy's biggest draw is one of the plaques is needed for the Atlas Medallion. That's it. That's the only reason I go there: a quick zoom around getting the badges and plaques and never visit again. Which, as has been pointed out numerous times, is a shame. Back on Live, Atlas was where I'd start a solo character, but ones that were for teaming would start in Galaxy, usually for a SG night. I do think that adding everything back to Echo Galaxy would (unless it's literally something like changing a 0 into a 1 in a line of code) wouldn't be worth the effort. That effort could (and seems to be heading that way) would be better invested in setting up the aftermath of the Galaxy tutorial as a new zone akin to Striga for both sides to go to and have missions, TFs, etc.

Back on live, I had an Empathy defender named Shins McGillicutty. He took the Medicine pool and used Teleport as his travel power. They don't all have to be damage dealers. What's an away team without a medic?

Consider yourself lucky. His badge title is obviously there to lull people into a false sense of security and then he strikes. You walked away with your blood intact!
