Go to Kings Row, hop off the tram and go South. You'll pass Vazh and Skulls, but you'll get to an area crawling with low level Lost. Turn on Sprint to make getting to each spawn faster and go to town with the Lost cure rod. Takes 5ish minute (depending on recharge buffs) to finish that mission.
