And it's not like they could get away with a from-the-ground-up rework; Super Strength is the most popular Tanker secondary by an enormous margin, and quite possibly the most popular Brute primary among Brutes that aren't rolled just to farm. If you think the Rage arguments are bad now, imagine how those players would revolt if they got the rug pulled out from under them and had their characters replaced by something that plays completely differently.

A straight buff to Rage is a pipe dream, and any other buffs to the set to address its shortcomings (like the complete lack of AoE before the 30s) are going to be extremely iffy if no change is made at all.

Where is the "high 50's and low 60's" for non-S/L resists coming from when WP's only sources of non S/L/Psi resists are 7.5% resistance from High Pain Tolerance and 12.5% resistance from Strength of Will? I assume you're including IOs, but then WP's barely putting in any of the work.

I'm not saying you can't make it work, I'm just saying Agility's end mod enhancement when it can only affect Stamina and Physical Perfection doesn't do anywhere near as much as Cardiac's endurance reduction in every power.

I was still talking about OP's SR/Axe Tanker, and anyway what I said was never going to happen was Agility doing more for your endurance than Cardiac.

What? WP only gets gets tiny resists to F/C/E/Ne/T outside of its T9, and even when the t9 is up it only matches what Invul gets all the time. The only resist it outdoes Invul at is Psi.

If you're only after managing Endurance, grabbing an Agility alpha is one of the worst choices you can make, only slightly above slotting Stamina past the ED limit and doing nothing. Check the link in my signature for more info.

I noticed this formula seems to give the same results as 0.36 + Recharge*0.16 . Does anyone know if there's a reason to use one over the other? The latter seems a lot easier to math in your head, since you know that every second added to the power's base recharge will increase the damage scale by 0.16. Edit: I see this second formula is one arcanaville posted, too. Edit 2: They are exactly the same, I forgot about the distributive property.
