  1. This would actually be incredibly easy to create; took me less than a minute in an image editor to create this:

    image.thumb.png.ba072394405bb460e7720d344dfcb1da.png

Far more time was spent finding, extracting, and repacking the files to put it in the game. To make it really official, a dev would have to spend some more time making it appear as its own option, rather than just replacing the standard Brief pattern as I've done. I'd say, if you really want more selections like this to be added to the game, bug the devs to create a more efficient pipeline for adding player-created contributions to the game. Right now any time they want to do that it's a whole ad-hoc process every time with lawyers because they have to avoid legal problems with IP further down the line.

And if you're fine with just using what I created here, and replacing the standard Brief pattern for only you to see, put this file: hips_Brief.texture

    in these folders: image.png.663ce33b450cd403ac3c99b5eb037983.png

in your Coh: Homecoming install folder (creating the folders as you go if they don't exist).

  2. Sadly, the devs are very reluctant to make more extensive use of the popup server tray, for two reasons. One, a lot of players hate seeing the thing appear. Two, and more importantly, those 9 slots are it. There's currently no way to get more of them to show up, so if a player manages to fill up all nine slots at once, any additional powers that would get put there are simply inaccessible without /pow_exec. So, it's unfortunately very unlikely they'd be willing to have one power use up 5 of the slots at once (or even 2 slots, if the flyposes were put in a popmenu).

Obviously a lot of people are going to hate this suggestion, but I can't honestly see any logical reason why we should be booted when AFK in the world, but not in missions. Why it was ever allowed is beyond me.

The AFK logout timeout was implemented entirely because people would AFK in high-population areas like Atlas Park. Lots of people doing this would make lower-end machines chug when attempting to approach these areas, because of all the extra polygons that needed to be pushed with more player characters standing around. In instanced missions that naturally isn't a concern.

I cant tell you how many times I have had this conversation over the last 20 years.

Attacks Drain End FAR more than toggles. BIG attacks drain End more than small attacks.  The MORE recharge you add into your build. The FASTER you end drops. You have hasten? Every time hasten drops you lose 20 end.

People think toggles drain more because they are swirling around all the time.

It's just one of those weird paradoxes of CoH. We can produce all the numbers in the world that show that attacks consume much more endurance than toggles, yet it's undeniable that it just feels like toggles are the major source of endurance problems. Adding another toggle to your build while leveling up seems to increase your endurance woes in a way another attack never does. Perhaps because most toggles don't directly contribute to damage? It's a mystery.

I still think it's odd that it's not listed in the Combat Attributes. Just my opinion. It should be added to the Combat Attributes by the devs in some future update.

There’s nothing to list, ticks of Healing don’t have a duration. They happen once and then they’re gone.

And by saying this, your essentially mildly harassing and making @Sneakers point for him.  *sigh*

    FAIL

Posters like OP have completely convinced themselves that what they believe is true. No amount of facts or logic can dissuade them, and they looove playing the victim. What else is there to do but snark on them, and maybe get some forum points for the trouble?

Right, removing AE from atlas is a coincidence.

Changing the fire armor set around is a coincidence.

Changing how fire melee enemies work is a coincidence.

Removing the extra exp buff in AE is a coincidence.

Sorry I wasn't drinking your coolaid.

lol, imagine thinking the devs are really this dumb

"The farmers love the AE in Atlas! We'll remove it!"

"No good, the farmers just moved to one of the other 16 AE locations!"

    "Damn, foiled again!"

    Or

"If we put defense debuffs in the Fire Sword attacks, the critters will be too strong to farm!"

"No go, they're just making critters without the sword attacks that still give 100% XP!"

    "Damn those wily farmers!"

    What a clown

You may now stone me for my blasphemy. 😄

I'm mad, not because of your idea, but because you don't seem to know what Voltron is, despite it being possibly the most iconic giant robot in media.
