  1. Guys, there is a box you can check under Options when you first open Tequila that automatically closes it once the client launches. CHECK THE BOX! There is no reason to leave Tequila running in the background and you're only going to miss patches if you leave it open all the time. Create a Tequila.exe shortcut on your desktop if you are not wanting to navigate to it every time, but use it every time you start the game until the PTB (powers that be) tell you to do otherwise. </soapbox>
  2. Paragon Chat isn't necessary to run the game, so it shouldn't matter. Unless you are trying to use it instead of getting on the Homecoming servers, in which case head over to Titan Network's forum. When you select Homecoming does the game start up for you?
  3. You might just need to go into the folder and delete Tequila.xml then run it again.
  4. Norton hates anything to do with City of Heroes since it shut down. It completely ate my friend's Paragon Chat database once. Be careful with it.
  5. So I know this is an old thread I'm about to post, but the creator of Island Rum monitors it, so y'all might have better luck over there: https://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php?topic=9502.0 Does the game know to patch when it needs to that way? I ask because I know Tequila users need to run the launcher to get the patches.
  6. Yeah, there's no female version of the sash. You have to fake it with the Carnie sash. (I've been through all the geometries and textures looking for that sash for a friend on PChat. We almost pulled our hair out, lol.)
  7. That actually sounds ticket worthy, y'all. https://support.homecomingservers.com/
  8. Okay, so far all I can find is this: https://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php?topic=13274.0 It's for Paragon Chat, but at the bottom of the first post it talks about not accepting mouse clicks. I don't know anything about Linux or Wine but if you can make sense of it, it might be helpful. Anything else I dig up I will pass along.
  9. I'm not sure if you can change some of the default ones, but any user made channel can be changed. Right click on the channel name when it comes up in the chat tab (not where you type, but in the tab itself) and select "Set Color."
  10. For me, they were on the top floor way about as far back into the map as you can go. But now I forgot whether they made the glowie sound or what the clickie object was. Sorry, not very helpful, but at least you know someone found them.
  11. I'm not super computer smart, but when I was having similar issues back when Paragon Chat was new it was because my graphics card was FUBAR.
  12. I'm trying to recall if this has happened in the past to anyone with Paragon Chat. I vaguely remember something about Macs having an issue. What operating system are y'all on and what are you using to get into Coh, Tequila or Island Rum? Graphics card details might also come in handy.
  13. Did you go to https://score.savecoh.com/account/ and set up a game account? You can use the same login as you did for the forum account if you want, but you still have to go set it up there.
  14. Wouldn't that be the same database that they said they didn't have access to? Wasn't there some big announcement when they started this that the only way they could move forward was to surrender all that old data? (I'm paraphrasing, it's possible I misunderstood it.) I'm not trying to be snarky, but this seems to be a moot discussion. I could see there being a way to import SG bases from old demorecords, and a way to save and share base designs, because I think that's possible on Paragon Chat. There may already be a way to do it. I haven't scoured all the i25 patch notes to know. But sadly, I think all the stuff from live is gone to us, even for just personal use.
  15. Alt-enter puts you into windowed mode.
  16. What's your alignment? From Paragon Wiki:
  17. Hey, I found a workaround! Since the emote won't persist, make a macro! It's not a perfect solution, since you have to make one per costume, so depending on how often you change it might not be practical. But just in case it's useful... /macro CC0 cce 0 CCEvilLaugh for example. Here's the wiki with all the internal emote names, if you are interested. https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Cce_(Slash_Command)
  18. Probably just not formatting quite right. Even I stuck an extra slash in when I was testing this out, and had to fix it. So... /macro CC0 cce 0 CCLightning makes a button in my tray labeled CC0, that when pushed changes to costume slot 0 using the lightning costume change emote. See if that works for you. You can of course replace 0 with 1-9 for each costume, and replace the emote with others. Hope this helps.
  19. The screenshots folder should be in the same place where all the other CoH stuff installs. However I've heard of some people having issues where they aren't saving properly. When you start Tequila there's a "Screenshots" button. Try that. If that's a bust we will have to delve deeper. (If you are using Island Rum you will have to wait for Mac gods to appear.)
  20. They did a thing! https://support.homecomingservers.com You probably already saw the thing but just in case. It will help!
  21. You're welcome! Glad I was able to help!
  22. Red, they are planning on wiping all the AE stuff when they move the servers this week, if you were just going to unpublish. Is it saved on your end? Because you'll have to reload it after the wipe anyway. If not then I hope they can help you out before the move. *hugs*
  23. Getting prettier and prettier! Thanks and props to the person(s) behind the curtain making the forum nice!
  24. I have no idea what could be causing this, so I will bump your thread in hopes someone in the know will see it. I guess you were successful at least some or you wouldn't have been able to to get to level 8. That's so weird. o.O
  25. Don't feel bad. It tricks me sometimes too. And I even know how the costumes work internally, sort of. :D
