That is exactly possible and that is exactly what happened. So, the videotmaps mod has these two little gems added to it. Somebody down the line obviously thought it would be funny to add these nude mods to the videotmaps mod. Didn't take much to find it. I will be making @Michiyo aware of this, in case that mod also got transferred over to their mod tool as well. Not sure who the creator is, but it wouldn't take much to figure it out. To anyone interested in removing the mod, all you need to do is remove these two files listed below. The install location is Data\texture_library\PLAYERS\AVATAR\Female\Masks\Chest and the other location is Data\texture_library\PLAYERS\AVATAR\Female\Masks\Hips So my mistake, it was not added in game, but since I knew damn well I didn't download any nudity mod, I didn't at first suspect that little gem that was slipped in to an otherwise harmless mod. To anyone who has downloaded the videotmaps mod, I suggest you check your mod for those two files. Dude, back off. You will get the absolute worst part of me if you go down that path with me. They are my kids, I will f'ing decide what is best for my kids...not you.

I myself do mods. I would know if there were a costume mod I guess I will just have to prove it then since none of you have ever seen it for youselves.

It would appear that at some point nudity became okay in this game since it is now an option in the costume options. Has anyone made a Mod to cover that up? There are kids that play this game and I for one don't want my kid seeing what my wife saw on her Moonfire run today. How about it costume modders? Got anything?

Just for the record, I do all of those things except on Synapse and Citadel, where most missions are kill all anyway. I also advertise the levels we will be running them as. So anyone who joins my teams and pulls that crap actually is creating a toxic atmosphere.

I can see that mattering more for Scrappers than Stalkers. But yeah, SR isn't perfect furing the leveling process, but end game it is unparalleled IMO. Most speak of a lack of heal, but I always pick up Aid Self to cover that hole, works great.

Not liking something does not mean that you don't know how to play it for what it is. I don't like Regen because it was originally designed to be so much more than what it is. I could be wrong, but I do not believe that the OG Devs intended on it to be the lowest tier power set in game. I used to love Regen, I mean absolutely loved it. Now, it's like the set has betrayed me due to what the Devs did to it to punish the set. This is why I sometimes say, "Set Regen Free" because the set has been punished enough. I don't expect nor want the set to be the best, but I would at least like to see it removed from the bottom tier and not be so darned squishy. I think doing something as simple as given the set a nice Absorb shield might be all the set needs since it doesn't have any built in defense or much resist. Something has to make up for the lack of these things. It can't completely rely on Regen when there is not enough Regen there to rely on. Regen is fine solo to be sure, it is fine with teams that have lots of buffs, sure. But sappers can destroy regen if you have more than one, even Freakshow can obliterate Regen with their End Drain abilities and those insanely hard hitting Boss hits. Regen needs a cushion of some type. IMHO it could use either a fast regenerating Absorb Shield, a much higher Resistance to Regeneration Debuffs and an adequate Resistance to Recovery/Endurance Debuff and that would put the set in a proper place. It wouldn't be the best by any stretch, but it would be in a position where it can sit within the ranks of others without being shamed. P.S. I appreciate you taking this to a serious discussion instead of insinuating a set is not for me. Trust me, it's for me, it was once my favorite set and thematically it still is...I just don't like the punishment it received and I believe the set needs to be adjusted to fit the times.

Then why say. "This seems to be a thread that expresses disdain for speed runs...?" To be crystal clear. I don't give a damn what anyone else does on their teams that they build. What they do is their own business. Just because I don't like to do "speedy" runs doesn't mean I have some sort of real disdain towards them. Sure, I can't stand speed running and I despise speed running...as in myself. However, what others do is on them, regardless if I agree with it or not. Now, what I do have disdain for is when somebody joins my team that is advertised as a normal run then they attempt to slick by and make a straight b-line to the boss at the end in an attempt to turn a regular run in to a speed run. Even worse, is that at one point this person (who was a Tank) even pulled the entire first floor after going around the corner of a Posi 2 and herded the entire area. That was 4 mobs, in an attempt to get the rest of us killed in retaliation. The attempt failed miserably...not a single player died despite the mission not being set on +0 but +1 instead. This was the mentality I was dealing with. The guy and his buddy were complete jerks. This is not some thread all about bashing speed runners, even though I am not a fan, didn't buy those tickets, but if I wanted to bash speed runners, trust me, I make no reservations about saying what I think and meaning it. If I did want to post a thread that is about bashing what others do on their own teams, I would. That is not what this thread is about and I stand by that.

Then clearly every power in game is by far overpowered and should be nerfed to be in line with Regen then. Hell, that's the best idea I have heard all day, thanks for pointing that out. You're not so bad after all! I think I'm going to end up really liking you.

I love SR, it's actually my favorite Stalker and Scrapper Secondary. As far as I am concerned, Regen doesn't even come close to SR...not even remotely close. I guess SR isn't for everybody...

Clearly I do. If you play on Excelsior, add me. I go under the same name globally. My wife and I would be happy to have you along. I seem to be forming a friendship with a few like-minded players in game, so finding others who like to run missions at a bit of a challenge (not over the top, just...at least having some risk of dying) is slowly getting easier over time.

The primary issue is that one type of play style has an element of players within that play style community that infringes upon another. I don't think players who are among the "Play it normal" group has ever infringed upon a Speed Run group. The other issue is that people who do this, who go on regular runs and try to push Speed Runs, actually tell me that people who Speed Run are the majority and people like me are actually infringing upon them by not doing Task Forces Speedy, even though it is a Task Force team that I put together. It's very emboldened and very arrogant. I was even told that I should be thanking him...yeah, with a broomstick up his rear.

I'm not even sure how to respond to that without getting banned from the forums...so that is the best you'll get out of me.

Ah, that. You didn't watch it? I think after watching the video anyone would understand the context. At the end of the video, they knock out the robber, the guy who knocks him out gets down face to face with him and says, "Nobody plays on Mac...nobody!" You would have to see the video. Since the OP plays on a Mac, I thought the video might give a chuckle here and there.

Kill Most to me means clear a reasonable path to the boss, but no need to go completely out of the way.

@Snarky Yeah, we don't do Speed Runs at all, we do not do Speedy or any other speed. If somebody is forming a TF I will ask them what level they are running it. Posi through Synapse, if they say anything less than +1, we decline. Pen Yin through Numina, if they say anything less than +2, we decline. We hate speed runs regardless of our character levels, even at 50. We simply cannot enjoy running missions where mobs die just by looking at them...literally. Team kills them so fast we barely get a chance to see what the team is killing...not fun to us, not even a little bit. So we avoid "Speedy" TF's like the plague, lol. When I asked the player I was heated with, "How would you like if I came in to your Speedy run and slowed it down?" after they told me I can't control how players play...they responded with, "Good luck with that." My wife and I read that and laughed, because we both know that some missions cannot progress until all players have exited the mission...if we wanted, we could join a speedy and then clear the map after everyone else exits...thus slowing down the Speedy to a crawl. However, we don't...that would be extremely rude, just as I feel speedy players trying to force our TF's along is equally rude. Glad you go with the flow, we would get along just fine, heh. I would be surprised if we have not already teamed together and just didn't realize it if you PUG at all.
